About: As a pet owner myself I know that our pets are our babies. (Lord knows I treat mine like my baby). I work from home so someone is always with your fur baby. We live about 5 minutes from Switchyard Park and like to walk the trail. Our apartment complex has a small dog park and a trail that is about half a mile long that we go on all the time. My dog is part husky so I know the importance of keeping dogs busy. We have multiple puzzles and toys ready to go. I’m very type A when it comes to my dog so you can expect the same with your pet. I’ll over communicate with you, send you photos daily, and let you know how your pup is adjusting. Safety and communication are always number one. I’ve grown up with pets all my life and baby sat for other dogs. My dog has some medical issues (a bad knee) so I’m no stranger to medication and keeping an eye out on existing injuries. If you want to meet up or see the environment your dog will be staying before hand, feel free to reach out to me! Since I work from home we take a lot of short walks through the day and I set up puzzles for them to play inside in case it’s too hot. I want to keep your dogs schedule as much as possible. A new environment for them can be stressful and if I can help ease some of that with following their schedule, I’m happy to do it! Your dog will have free range of our apartment. They’re allowed on all furniture and we have multiple dog beds in case they want their space. We have 2 crates in the house in case the dogs need to be crated and we will never have more than 2 dogs in the apartment (yours and mine only). We have a small dog park across the street of our apartment that will only be used if no other dogs are already there. Of course I will ask your preference if you’re comfortable with them going there or only walks.

About: I've only had a cat for a year now, but I take care of him when my roommate needs assistance. I have fed, watered, cleaned his litter box, and played with him while she is gone. I also have learned the body language of cats. Most cats have liked me when I was growing up and I would say I am a pretty patient person, so I don't get upset if they don't initially like me either.

“We cannot recommend Kim enough! Firstly, she was willing to take us last minute and was very accommodating and communicative (with pics!). When we first got there we did a slow introduction with the other dogs there and left after everyone felt confident the dogs would get along. You can tell Kim loves what she does, we felt really comfortable and happy knowing we were leaving Goose in Kim’s capable hands. Goose came back to us tired (in the best way possible) and happy. About: I own a King Charles Cavalier and a German Shepherd currently! I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana with multiple foster and adopted animals! My mother instilled a serious love and adoration for people and their favorite pets. I volunteered at our local animal shelter, was trained in multiple animal science courses, and was taught to love and respect the animals I work with, both domesticated and exotic. I have handled dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, foxes, raccoons, bobcats, farm livestock, petting zoo animals, and more. When we return home, we have some free time with toys and puzzles, enjoy another good meal, take another long, walk around the neighborhood, and then cuddle on the couch or in the beds until bedtime. I don’t have a fence in yard however, we have multiple leashes here as well as one that you would prefer to use. All of our animals are continuously monitored, I work part-time, and we also have cameras in the house. Feel free to request photos or videos of your baby at any point in time.
About: I have cared for many animals growing up, my mom and I were both adopters of all kinds of strays. But I have been loving and caring for my very own sweet girl for 9 years! We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. I started volunteering at a humane society in middle school and later gained hands-on experience shadowing veterinary technicians at IndyVet. This helped me learn how to read animal body language, handle different temperaments, and provide safe, attentive care. Growing up, my family had golden retrievers, pit bulls, cats, bunnies, and hamsters, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of pets and personalities. I now have three miniature dachshunds of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I’ll treat your furry friend with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own! I work full time throughout the week. I am typically available during the evenings on Monday - Thursday, and then all day on Friday - Saturday! Because I have three dogs of my own, I prefer to have your dogs come to my home for overnight sitting. I understand how important our furry friends are and how difficult it can be to be away from them. That’s why I like to learn as much as possible about each pet ahead of time. Knowing their routines, preferences, and personality helps me create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while you’re away.
About: I have been around dogs and multiple cats ever since I was 5, but have been pet sitting for a year as additional income. I have dog sat a range of breeds from german shepherds to Maltese's. My routine when I go on walks is as needed for the dog, but on average 3 walks a day (morning, afternoon, night) if you live in a neighborhood/condo, may vary depending on location. About: I grew up with two large rescue labs, so caring for big, high-energy dogs has always been a part of my everyday life. I was always the one walking, feeding, and taking care of our dogs growing up, and I also walked the neighbors dogs as well. I brought my dogs to play groups and spent a lot of time learning how they interact with other dogs, which helped me understand different personalities, energy levels, and comfort needs early on. About: I’ve taken care of different sizes and breeds of dogs since I was 4! I also work at Three Dog bakery and work with dogs all the time. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have had experience with pups of all walks of life. As I got older, my friends got cats and I love a good kitty snuggle. I’m the friend that checks on the animals when you have to go out or hit up vacation! I work full time but work from home partially through the week! About: As a pet owner myself I know that our pets are our babies. (Lord knows I treat mine like my baby). I work from home so someone is always with your fur baby. We live about 5 minutes from Switchyard Park and like to walk the trail. Our apartment complex has a small dog park and a trail that is about half a mile long that we go on all the time. My dog is part husky so I know the importance of keeping dogs busy. We have multiple puzzles and toys ready to go. I’m very type A when it comes to my dog so you can expect the same with your pet. I’ll over communicate with you, send you photos daily, and let you know how your pup is adjusting. Safety and communication are always number one. I’ve grown up with pets all my life and baby sat for other dogs. My dog has some medical issues (a bad knee) so I’m no stranger to medication and keeping an eye out on existing injuries. If you want to meet up or see the environment your dog will be staying before hand, feel free to reach out to me! Since I work from home we take a lot of short walks through the day and I set up puzzles for them to play inside in case it’s too hot. I want to keep your dogs schedule as much as possible. A new environment for them can be stressful and if I can help ease some of that with following their schedule, I’m happy to do it! Your dog will have free range of our apartment. They’re allowed on all furniture and we have multiple dog beds in case they want their space. We have 2 crates in the house in case the dogs need to be crated and we will never have more than 2 dogs in the apartment (yours and mine only). We have a small dog park across the street of our apartment that will only be used if no other dogs are already there. Of course I will ask your preference if you’re comfortable with them going there or only walks.
