About: That girl who makes a beeline for the dog at a brewery, park, etc.? That’s me. I grew up with 3-4 dogs at any given time, got my own first fur baby in 2018, and started fostering in early 2024. I refer to every one of my friends’ pets as my niece or nephew and treat them like my own. I also volunteered at a shelter for years with animals of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve completed several animal behavioral courses so I am comfortable handling your pet in any situation. I will walk/run/hike/swim with your dog, hang at the dog park…whatever you’re comfortable with! Pets and/or snuggles are always provided. I’m currently taking some time off work so I’m available almost any time, day or night. When I’m working, I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I treat pets like family! In my home, they’re allowed on furniture and get regular treats. I have a large, sunny, fenced yard and a friendly dog to keep yours company, if you’d like. I can also crate your dog easily if needed in a Dakota 283 kennel. Multiple dog beds to go around, and of course, an overflowing basket of toys. In your home, I will abide by whichever rules you’ve set for your pet while giving them all the love and rubs.

About: I grew up with cats, dogs, ferrets, skunks, snakes and more. I have volunteered at multiple animal shelters and a wildlife rehabilitation center. I have interned at a zoo working with large animals and marine mammals. I’ve also worked on a horse farm. I spent 4 years as a kennel attendant at the Coronado Animal Care Facility before I joined the navy. I’ve been serving in the navy as a medic for the past 10 years. I’m currently active duty military and I work Monday-Friday. However, I am free after 3:30 pm weekdays. Weekends I am free any time for play time! As someone who has studied animal behavior, I know first impressions are everything! Trust and patience are key when building a new friendship with your pet. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my priorities.

About: In my life I have had two dogs and a cat through which I learned all about pet care. I have work with both big and little dogs and enjoy the company of all of them. Most days I enjoy being active and love being able to take dogs on runs if it’s something they are up for. At the same time I love crafting and sitting on the couch in the company of a good pet. I am normally an early riser and workout in the morning which means I would love to add a dog walk or two during that time. I have a fenced in yard which makes it easy to let your dog roam. I also live close to a park which is a nice place to walk any dogs.

About: I grew up on a small horse farm, and have had dogs my entire life! I also spent a few years fostering dogs while living in NYC before I adopted my current dog Alfie (a true foster fail!). I can administer medications, treat injuries, dress wounds, and administer basic veterinary care. I can also groom, bathe, clip, and provide basic leash and obedience training! I have a lot of experience working with reactive dogs, and find them incredibly rewarding. I’m a freelance writer and editor, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. My routines have always been somewhat defined by animal care, so frankly it feels unnatural to not build walls and feedings into my days! First and foremost I will always care for your pet in direct accordance of any requests or preferences you may have. I like to ask a lot of questions up front so I have a good understanding of your pet, their needs, and the things they love; and will always treat them with as much care and patience as I do my own dog (which is to say, a lot)!

About: I am a life long animal lover and have always had a dog at home. Currently we have 3! I love taking walks with all sizes and breeds and temperaments. Let’s go for a walk! I am available to walk your dog on your schedule. On days that I am available my schedule is very flexible. I can transport dogs to wooded trails or stick to your neighborhood, whichever you prefer. If your pup is shy around other dogs we will make sure to keep to ourselves during our walk.

About: I live right by trail access for nearby quick walks. I also have my own pup who joins me on trails all around town. We usually like to get out on a good adventure every day. I work from home so the pups are always in good company. My own pup is super friendly and hasn’t met an animal he hasn’t gotten along with. Please let me know if your furry friend has any special needs or considerations during their care, happy and able to accommodate!! Since I have my own pup, I’m accustomed to the daily feedings, exercise and love that is required to adequately care for a pet. It’s already embedded into my daily routine. I have a cozy home. I work from home and have a pup of my own, so your furry friend will always have company. We frequent walks, park and trail visits.

About: I grew up with 4 dogs. I fed, watered, bathed, walked and cared for a Maltese, Cocker Spaniel, Doberman Pinscher and a Queensland Heeler from the time I was 8 until I went off to college to U.C. Santa Cruz when I was 18. During my time at College I house and dog sat for my college mentor. She had a Black Lab. I would take care of her dog and house anywhere from a few days to a week at a time. I truly love animals and would be so excited to provide excellent care to any animal in my charge. I am an extremely active individual and love playing outside. I play rugby, soccer, basketball, futsol, football... pretty much anything with a ball. So I can more than keep up with any dog. I love to go for runs in nature and would appreciate the opportunity to bring a 4 legged companion along. I adore all animals and I treat my pets as if they were my children. About: I have been a pet owner my entire life. I currently have 2 small friendly pups, and I care for the pets of my friends and family on a regular basis. I recently retired from the corporate world, but I'm not ready to fully retire. I love dogs, so what better way to fill part of my time than spend time with and care for them! I have a big passion for caring for animals. I have experience with administering medication. I used to have a dog that was epileptic and required a fairly demanding medication schedule. About: I grew up with a Lakeland Terrier and a Yorkshire Terrier, who taught me both the fun and responsibility of pet care. While I don't currently own a dog, I do actively dog sit for family and friends. My experience allows me to provide sincere and kind pet care for your dog. I work remotely most days, so I am available to take care of your pet early in the morning, afternoons, evenings, and anytime during weekends. About: I have over 5 years of experience with dog sitting and walking, and have experience working with senior dogs who needed the upmost attention including medications, extra potty breaks and walks throughout the day. I love dogs and although I don’t have one of my own yet, I promise to treat yours like if they were mine. I work full-time as a dental assistant and I am in the office 7am-5pm Tuesday through Friday.
