“Alex did a great job taking care of our dogs! We got updates with pictures while they were out for walks and when we picked them up they were safe, happy, and tired from playing. We highly recommend Alex!”
“Jill is truly a dog lover! Anyone that can make my hyper-obsessed (with me) Multi-Poo feel at home is a total dog whisperer. Proof in the pudding when I came to pick Oso up he of course loved all over me but then went back inside the house and barked with joy in his eyes. Would absolutely trust her with my little fur baby again and highly recommend to all dog owners. Thank you, Jill!”

“Dexter’s first overnight with Lisa and Dave was fabulous. I knew he was in a safe and attentive environment from their frequent and detailed updates. Lisa and Dave adjusted to Dexters regimented feeding schedule with ease and made sure he was comfortable. Plus, Dexter has two new friends in Fezzi and Scout, their Cavaliers. I will be booking with them again!”

“So grateful to Madeline for taking of my dog on short notice. Madeline kept me updated with text, photos, and videos. Felt like Bindu was getting excellent care and was in very good hands. I will definitely contact Madeline in the future.”

“Lisa and Max provided exceptional care for my gentle giant, Zay, for a week. They kept him happy, entertained, and trained, making me feel confident while I was away. He was even more trained when I picked him up! Zay was genuinely overjoyed and didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. They sent numerous photos of his fun time, which reassured me that he was in loving hands. I highly recommend Lisa and Max to anyone looking for outstanding pet care! Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail are unparalleled. We will be using them again!”

“We had a last-minute need for boarding, and our little Dachshund would not have been happy in a kennel at a facility. Despite being the little guy in a group of 3 other 50lb dogs, the lap time and personal attention she gave our boy made him feel much better at having to be separated from his family and not being thrown "to the wolves". It was definitely worth the extra money knowing he was safe and being cared for.”

“Emily was great, very warm and welcoming to Boojum. I really appreciated her one dog at a time policy for overnight stays, I knew Booj would get the attention he needed. Thanks Emily!!”

“We could not have asked for a better dog sitter! Nicole and her family welcomed our three dogs with short notice for memorial weekend along with two other family’s dogs resulting in a total of six dogs in their house. Upon arrival, Nicole went above and beyond unloading the dogs, crates, food, etc. out of my car as I tended to my crying 3 month old baby. It was such a relief. Our dogs had a blast playing with their new buddies and never missed a chance for lovins from Nicole’s two daughters. We received updates including pictures every day so we were at ease knowing our pups were well taken care of. When Nicole found out we had to do an abundance of driving with our 3 baby the day we were due back to pick up our dogs, she even offered to drop our dogs off at our house in Bend to ease our stress and save our evening! We could not have been more thankful! We will definitely book with her and her fam again!”

“Lucky had a great time with Kim and her family. She was well cared for, played with, and taken for walks. We look forward to having Lucky stay with Kim and her family again soon.”

“Lea was amazing! The meet and greet along with her daily updates gave us complete confidence that Gusto was safe, happy and having fun. Gusto's previous experience at a boarding kennel had left him anxious and subdued. However, after a 6 day stay with Lea, he came home his usual self (a confident, vibrant, goof-ball). We will defintely use Lea's services again.”

“We felt completely at ease leaving our Gracie with Aly (and Mike). Gracie had a flare-up of her colitis the day before we left town, and Aly was totally unfazed by this. She sent many pics and comments each day which was greatly appreciated. Gracie told us she cannot wait to go back to see Aly.”

“Jamie was a wonderful sitter for us while we attended a show at the amphitheater since we were visiting from out of town. Very easy and quick to communicate with and our dog was happy as a clam when we picked her up! Seems like they had a great time together. We’d have her watch our dog again in the future if ever the occasion arose!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I had such a great experience with Lisa as our sitter for our two corgis. It was their first time being somewhere new like this too and quickly adjusted under her care. She was communicative, flexible, adaptable, and provided a cozy and supportive space for our pups. She gave great feedback and I learned a few extra tips from her about my dogs nails. I'd definitely recommend Lisa again!”

“There are endless positive things to say about Chris! She went above and beyond to care for our dog. She does sniffle mats, walks, treats and sends pictures and videos during her stay! Her dog Bristol is also the sweetest pup and she is so gentle. The care and love she has for these dogs is so special. We can’t recommend Chris enough. Your pet will be in wonderful hands staying with her! Thank you again :)”

“Was very attentive and overall great communication, Mila came back very calm so I know she gave her as much play time and exercise as she needed which is exactly what i was hoping for as well! Will book again in the future”

“Ellyn did a great job taking care of my best pal! She went above and beyond my expectations. It was a huge relief that he got the attention he desperately craves from someone who cares!! I would not hesitate to recommend Ellyn!”

“You’re in good hands with Shelby. We’re happy to have had her out at our place looking after our cats. She’s a great communicator and was very respectful of our cats and house. Looking forward to booking again”

“Kevin is excellent and would highly recommend him. He is very comfortable and caring with animals and clearly enjoys being around them. His report cards are very thorough. Recently Kevin watched our cats and we had a last minute medical situation that involved giving one cat eyedrops. Kevin handled it smoothly and I felt good knowing that he was caring for our cats.”

“Marisa did a great job taking care of my 2 cats and plants while I was away for 9 days. She did daily drop in visits and it was clear that the cats felt comfortable around her. She was responsive and easy to communicate with and sent daily photos of the cats. I would definitely use her services again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life. I don’t just “watch” dogs — I’ve helped raise them. I’ve had major roles in raising two different dogs with completely different personalities, and most recently I raised a puppy for a full year before moving out. That experience taught me structure, patience, consistency, and how to reinforce good behavior at every stage of development. I’ve also cared for multiple neighbors’ dogs, so I’m comfortable adapting to different temperaments, energy levels, and routines. I prioritize safety, clear communication, and making sure every dog feels secure, exercised, and genuinely cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I have a relatively open and flexible schedule. My classes are spread out, which allows me to dedicate consistent time and attention to walks, drop-ins, and extended care throughout the day. I’m able to plan my days around the pets I’m caring for to ensure they stay on their normal routine. With weekends completely open, I’m especially available for longer stays, multiple walks, or extra attention when needed. When caring for pets in my home, I create a calm, structured, and safe environment where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. I stick closely to their normal feeding, walking, and sleep routines to make the transition as smooth as possible. I make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and supervision while also respecting any rules or training they’re used to. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their routine exactly as instructed so they feel secure in their familiar space. I treat every home with respect, keep things clean and organized, and communicate regularly with updates so owners feel confident their pet is in good hands.

“Brooke did a great job juggling the needs of two 18-year old cats and their meds for four days. She was prompt, a great communicator and my kitties seemed relaxed and happy when i returned home to them. High marks!”

“Megan is awesome! She is very attentive to details and excellent in her communication. She sent pics and thoughtful notes with each visit she made while I was traveling. Beyond that my pups loved all the attention and play time she gave them.”

About: Cats have always had a special place in my heart, and I've shared my home with them for most of my life. I'm currently the very proud staff member (let's be honest) to three wonderful cats, so I understand that every cat has their own unique personality, routine, and preferences. I'm comfortable caring for friendly, shy, senior, or independent cats and always let them set the pace. Some want to play, some want cuddles, and some simply appreciate a respectful human who knows their boundaries—and I'm happy to be all of the above. I'm experienced with: • Feeding and fresh water • Litter box cleaning • Playtime and enrichment • Administering medications • Following special routines or diets • Sending regular updates and photos while you're away (though I can't promise your cat won't pretend they don't know me the moment you get home) Whether your cat greets me at the door or decides to observe me from across the room for two days before becoming my supervisor, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for until you're home again.

“Sarah was great with our two cats! She gave them their medicines, played with them, kept them company did everything we asked perfectly! We will surely ask her to pet sit for us again!!”

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was born. I work in Downtown Bend and can frequently check in! I have a proven track record of being responsible and reliable for all different types of dogs. I will be available mostly weeknights after 5pm and weekends! I work in Downtown Bend so I can stop by for potty breaks and have plenty of time to play after work! I am always sure to get the dogs energy out! My apartment has a nice dog area and I can take them on long walks as well! My own dogs are not currently living with me so there will be no other dogs present at my apartment.

“Anna was very courteous and took good care of our 15 year old Kitty while we went to visit family for the holidays. Anna stayed out our house and left it perfectly clean, even taking care of the laundry. She sent us photos of our cat Molly several times a day. She’s a great pet sitter and we would definitely recommend her services.”

“Christina was great at taking care of our cat. She gave her lots of snuggles when she dropped in and our cat seems relaxed and happy around her. Great Rover experience, will happy book again!”

About: I have taken care of cats my whole life. I have experience with disabled cats as well as senior cats! I am more then able to provide medication and over the top care for animal that need a little extra love!

“Aaron took amazing care of our two cats! They warmed to him right away and were relaxed and happy in his care. We appreciated that Aaron took time to play with them on each of his visits and he sent us great photos each day. In addition to being a caring person he is a responsive communicator and we felt very reassured that our cats were in great hands.”

“Stacey did a great job. She was punctual, did everything we asked her to to do, including administering a medication to one of my dogs. Dogs were relaxed and happy when we came home. She walked them and fed them with no issues.”
“I leave early morning for work and Remy doesn’t like going outside due to the cold & darkness. Today I had no choice but to leave her in her kennel until a friend could stop by and help. Unfortunately everyone was busy so quickly turned to Rover. I was extremely lucky to find Victoria, who was able to help us out very last minute. Victoria was willing to care for my pup. From the pictures I was able to tell they both had a blast! Please, if you are looking for someone to care for your baby, look no further. Victoria is awesome!!!”

“We got so many cute photos of our sweet boy and saw he was having a blast with Nicole and her family! She was so easy to get in touch with and I knew our sweetie was with a very responsible and kind sitter.”

“Our dog Ruby loved Sonja! She came home tired and happy everyday and was excited for drop-off each morning. I really appreciate how flexible Sonja was with my work schedule and last minute changes to my work trip. I will absolutely request Sonja again for my puppy!”

About: My family always had dogs since I can remember. I hardly miss any opportunity for some dog pets. In the past, I did an internship at a veterinary clinic, and volunteered at an animal sanctuary. I am experienced taking care of young and old pups, and simple medical care is no problem. I have worked at an equine therapy farm and also gained skills on a high country station in NZ working with Clydesdale horses and herding dogs. Since living in Bend, I have started to walk and sit dogs more and more and can’t wait to get to know your dog! I’m working as a freelancer photographer. Dogwalking and boarding is giving me the perfect balance of getting outdoors and an opportunity to give all four legged friends a great time which always multiplies my happiness! Luckily, working as a photographer gives me a lot of flexibility on when I’m available. My home is dog friendly with a big fenced yard for outside time in between walks. There are shady and sunny spots and water always available. I will happily have your pet/s inside with me like it would be my own.
“Lisa and Max were amazing! We came into Bend to camp and catch a couple concerts at the Amphitheater. Lisa and Max made accommodations for our pup to come over and hang during the concerts and she had a great time! Very communicative, responsive, and overall, just excellent dog people! Would definitely recommend them for your Rover needs!”

“Colin took great care of our two dogs for the full day so we could go adventure a bit in Bend without worrying about our dogs. Appreciated the pictures sent as an update. Would definitely use again!”

“Cassie did a great job while watching my pup. She was super responsive, flexible with pick up and drop off and sent some pics throughout the day too. She thankfully was available last second as well. Would book again.”

“Jamie was very communicative and was wonderful with Maggie. Her pups played so well with my dog, and I loved receiving the frequent pictures and videos. Would definitely send Maggie back to Jamie again!”

“Fantastic experience. Quick responder. Welcomed my lil pup into the family. Big dog Milo, gentle giant helped ease her into a new space. Her son was a great available, friendly lap. Easy hop to the amphitheater from their place. High recommend.”

“Meredith is a fantastic dog sitter. Not only was she quick to respond, she also gave me regular updates on my dog during his time with her that reassured me he was doing well. Our dog came home happy and worn out from playing all day.”

“Sarah and Ben were awesome sitters for our energetic boxer. We were running late for both drop off and pick up and they we understanding and more accommodating than they needed to be. Their own dogs are very friendly and made for a great play date. We will definitely be looking to use them again.”

“Last minute booking success! We had a sitter cancellation and booked Eleanor on the drive down from Portland. She was flexible and helped us out on the fly, was great with our two 60 lb dogs, took them on a fun walk with great pics, and gave us some peace of mind while floating the river for a few hours. Good experience all around”
About: I have two pets of my own, a 6-year-old tabie cat named Chip and a 3-year-old Golden Doodle named Waffles. I've had them both since babies so I'm very familiar with the different stages of growth. We're an active family so I prioritize lots of potty and play breaks during the day while I work from home. We have lots of toys to stay entertained, as well as cozy couches to take naps on. I've cat/dog sat many times for friends and neighbors and have grown passionate about caring for all fur babies and making sure they feel comfortable and happy while their parents are away and most importantly understand the importance of daily photo updates throughout the day. I work from home, so potty breaks for dogs are every 2 hours. As well as making sure they're comfortable throughout the day with playtime and feeding schedules. I have a pet-friendly apartment, I allow pets on furniture and have toys available to play with at all times but if your pet doesn't do well with toys lying around I would be more than happy to remove them if necessary.
“Lily was great! She accepted our request super last minute and was so accommodating. We really appreciate how sweet she was, our pup seemed to really enjoy his time with her. Thanks so much Lily!”

“Dexter had a wonderful first visit with Lisa and Dave. He was well cared for and the environment was calm and relaxed, which is just what Dexter likes! Dexter is 13 needs a fair amount of care and I was worried about leaving him in a new space. Lisa and Dave did an amazing job of keeping me updated on how Dexter was doing throughout the day, letting me know what Dexter was up to and following the guidelines I had shared with them. This gave me the confidence of know that Dexter was in safe hands. Lisa and Dave are not only attentive but also respectful of Dexter’s needs. They took the time to get to know him and his communication style, kept their own dogs on leashes while we did a meet and greet and asked smart questions if anything was unclear. Their dogs, Fezzi and Scout are a delight. Like Lisa and Dave, they are kind, respectful and easy to get along with. Dexter doesn’t always like other dogs and he got along with theirs. I am so grateful to have found Lisa and Dave and will definitely be bringing Dexter there again!”

“Gig was great! I contacted her as a new client on a rather short notice to watch my dog while I worked and she was very accommodating! She did a great job at making sure Pache felt welcome and happy in her home! Mapache does great with other dogs and does well with cats but can be skeptical of new cats 😂 Gigi did a great job at making sure everyone got a proper introduction and got along well together!”

“Our pup Pretzel had a great day at day care with Gregory while my husband and I were visiting Bend. Gregory was extremely responsive to messages and sent some photos of the visit. Pretzel also got along great with Gregory’s pup Millie— she’s a sweetheart! I would definitely recommend Gregory as a sitter.”

About: I’m a caring and reliable pet sitter with a genuine love for animals of all kinds and ages. As a licensed pharmacist, I have extensive experience safely administering medications — both to pets and humans — and I’m very comfortable following detailed care instructions to make sure your furry family members get exactly the care they need. I’ve had the joy of sharing my life with a wonderful German Shepherd and two rescue cats. Though my current housing situation doesn’t allow me to have pets of my own right now, I still cherish every moment I get to spend with other people’s pets. I especially love active dogs — bonus points if yours is a frisbee enthusiast! You can trust that your pets will receive attentive, compassionate care in a calm and structured environment while you’re away. I work part-time remotely, which gives me the flexibility to provide lots of attentive, one-on-one time with your pets throughout the day. I’m very active and love going on walks, runs, or trips to the park, so I’m a great match for energetic dogs or playful cats. My availability is generally flexible, though it works best if you’re comfortable with my children (ages 9 and 11) joining me during visits if your booking falls on my parenting time (please ask if it’s an issue). I’ve been trusted by many clients — including friends and strangers alike — to care for their beloved pets and homes. I provide daily updates and photos throughout each booking so you can stay connected and feel completely at ease while you’re away.
“Shelby is a reliable, professional, and all around wonderful dog person who did a great job walking our Berner, Sully. She took him on local adventures in our surrounding area, making sure he got plenty of exercise and stimulation during the full hour. Her love and care for dogs is evident in all her interactions. I highly recommend Shelby!”

I'm home from college for the summer and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for pets. Whether it's morning, afternoon, or evening visits, I can provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. I'm excited to spend my summer keeping pets happy, active, and well cared for while their owners are away. I take the time to learn each pet's routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and secure in their own home. I'll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications (if needed), playtime, and bedtime to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I'll provide plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship while making sure they're always supervised and well cared for. “Emerson has been taking Bella on long walks while I am recovering for surgery. Bella is a very hyper , leash reactive dog. Emerson has been on time and takes her for an hour and a half which tires her out to the max. So greatful for Emerson, and her ability to handle my high maintainenance high energy pup! Note: Bella is not the best on leash, she tends to pull and Emerson is really handling it. She walks Bella three times a week.”

“David has been an incredible dog walker for my dog Sasha. He is outgoing, fun-loving, and genuinely loves animals. What amazed me most was how quickly Sasha bonded with him — she is usually very shy around strangers, but she connected with David immediately. Now she gets excited every time she sees him! Their walks around the neighborhood are always an adventure, and it’s clear how much David enjoys exploring nature with her. He is kind, funny, dependable, and brings such positive energy to every walk. Watching Sasha so happy and comfortable with him has been wonderful. It truly feels like the perfect match.”

“Elizabeth is wonderful. She did a meet and greet with me first, then on 1st walk she was very attuned to the different needs and personalities of my two pups. I have confidence that they will be well cared for during my upcoming out of town trip, and that they will benefit from her walking them.”

About: My love of and for taking care of animals started at a young age, being partially raised on my grandparent's farm. I grew up with dogs and cats as companions, and that early connection taught me how to listen to them: their moods, their energy, and the quiet ways they communicate what they need. Today I’m a self-employed forest therapy guide in Bend, and that same sense of presence and patience carries into how I care for pets. I love taking dogs on enriching walks where they can explore the world through scent and movement, or simply sitting with an animal and letting them feel safe and at ease. I’ve raised and cared for many different personalities, including a medically needy pug and my current highly anxious border collie rescue, who has taught me a lot about sensitivity, reassurance, and reading subtle cues. I’m especially known among friends as a bit of a “cat whisperer”; even the shy or standoffish cats tend to warm up quickly. Whether your pet is playful, nervous, curious, or independent, I meet them where they are and care for them with gentleness, attentiveness, and respect. My goal is simple: that your pet feels safe, relaxed, and cared for while you’re away. I'm self-employed, working a mix of at-home and guiding outdoor sessions that keep me away for no more than 3 hours at a time. I have plenty of time and flexibility to ensure your furry family is well taken care of! I like to stick to YOUR routine and preferences to keep your pets happy, healthy, and safe. I create a calm and comfortable atmosphere and keep a tidy, respectful environment when staying in your home.
“Kaili does so amazing with our big boy Westley! He’s a sensitive soul and he’s so excited to see her when she arrives for walks, he very much trusts her and has a great time and comes home happy and tired.”

“"I cannot recommend Stacey enough! Leaving your dog with someone else is always a bit nerve-wracking, but Stacey immediately put us at ease. She is very reliable, and treated our dog like her own. We will definitely be rebooking 😊”

About: I have 20+ years of experience caring for dogs, including administering oral medication, walking, bathing, feeding, snuggling and ensuring their overall happiness, comfort, and well-being. Dogs are family! I also have a Furbo camera so I can peek in & give treats when I’m away. I work from home with occasional errands and activities out of the home so your friend will have lots of attention and snuggle time. I'm available for boarding throughout the week and on weekends as well as check-ins & walks with notice. I often take our dog with us for errands and would bring yours with us as well. We go to the dog park and take frequent walks. When your dog is with us, they’re family & I’d love any and all suggestions from you to keep them as comfortable as possible. I have two large courtyards and several grassy areas for potty breaks throughout the day and for shorter walks. The area is unfenced so will be sure to leash your dog, just as we do ours. I have a small friendly dog to keep yours company & a 9-year-old daughter who is super sweet & helpful. Our dog sleeps on the bed and yours would be welcome to do the same however, I'm happy to crate at night if you'd prefer. **Please note, I have an upstairs unit incase that’s an important consideration for either yours or your pup’s mobility.
About: I grew up with a Lakeland Terrier and a Yorkshire Terrier, who taught me both the fun and responsibility of pet care. While I don't currently own a dog, I do actively dog sit for clients, friends, and family. My experience allows me to provide sincere and kind pet care for your dog. I work remotely most days, so I am available to take care of your pet early in the morning, afternoons, evenings, and anytime during weekends. I’ll take care of your pet in your home based upon your guidelines—it’s your home, so I want your pet to have consistency within the practices you’ve established.
About: I have spent most of my life with pups and adore them to bits. I've cared for dogs with special needs, high energy puppies that need lots of play time, and everything in-between. My dog, Oswald, absolutely adores having a buddy around and has shared his toys, beds, and undying friendship with dogs big and small. I have a large, fenced yard for the pups to play and run around in, with a Good Dog wander to satisfy those extra zoomies after my remote work day ends in the early afternoon (M-F). Weekend hikes or lake-side wanders are a few adventure options, but every pup's needs are different and will shape the activities I pick for us to explore. I work from home (M-F) and am very active in my daily life. I have plenty of time throughout my work day to give pups plenty of attention and care, and finish in the early afternoon with plenty of time for an outing. Weekends are spent out and about! I have a pet-friendly home and big fenced yard for the pups to explore, nap, and play. My dog is a lil prince and lives in absolute comfort, and I extend that same love to pups that stay with us.
About: I have grown up with many dogs and have my own golden retriever puppy at home! I love being outside and would love to take your dog to a park, on a hike, or on a run! I am a first grade teacher so I have the summer off. Looking for something to fill the gap! I can handle dogs of any size, breed and age. I would love to get the opportunity to hang out with your awesome pup! Let me know if I can help! Also happy to host your pup if you think they’d get along with a puppy! I use Rover for my pet rabbit and dog so I would love to be of help to someone else! I am a teacher who has summers off so my schedule is very flexible and I can stay or take care of your dog anytime/as many times a day as you’d like! I would take them out multiple times on long walks to use the bathroom. I would also soak up any time I can get cuddling or spending time with your pet. I will feed them on time!
“Nadia was great! She went above and beyond when I got a last minute job out of town. She was available for two walks the very next day, and was very thoughtful and kind (she gave my pup water as well as her dinner). It was reassuring to see pictures of her on the walk too. Wilma seemed very relaxed and happy when I got home (after I was away all day). We are so grateful for you Nadia! Thank you! I would 100% recommended her in the future .”

About: It's was an amazing 16 years taking care of my own dog, and 8 years ago, I was lucky enough to add a cat named Eleanor to our pack when my wife and I moved in together. I would be thrilled to take care of your animals while you are away and give them the attention they deserve. I’m in between jobs right now so I have a lot of time on my hands and I’m looking to pick up extra work while I look for my next role. I love my pets and do whatever to make them feel comfortable and cared for which included carrying my dog up and down the stairs everyday for about a year.

“Samantha is AMAZING!! Our boy LOVED being at her home. So much so, he wasn’t that excited to see us when we picked him up 🤣 Her home is set up perfectly to board and she is so communicative. We will absolutely use her again!”

“Stacey was great for Karb! He loves walks and hanging out outside and she has a great yard and took him on lots of good walks. She was nice, very responsive, and sent plenty of cute pictures! 10/10!”
