About: I’ve had the pleasure of helping friends and family with taking care of their animals since a very young age. I love all animals! I work full time and sometimes get off late (7pm) but always have free time after work! I go in at 7:30am so could drop in before that. I have my own dog at home so while I am home I could let them roam around freely but whenever it is bedtime they will both go in a crate just in case they decide they do not enjoy each other.

About: Hi, I’m Darleen! I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. Growing up, my family always had pets, so I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. On top of that, I’ve worked in caregiving for people and while doing that, I also helped care for my clients’ pets. That meant feeding, walking, cleaning up messes, giving meds when needed, and just making sure their animals felt safe and loved while their owners were away or nearby just needing extra assistance for their fur babies. So being patient, dependable, and detail-oriented is already second nature to me. I’m great with energetic dogs who need real playtime, shy or anxious pets who need reassurance, and older animals who need a gentler touch. I myself had a Chihuahua since childhood live to be 18 years old. She passed away a couple of years ago, so I know how it is to love and cherish them and watch your baby go through all the stages of life. That being said, I follow routines closely, respect your home, and I’ll always send photo updates so you know how your pet is doing. I truly treat pets like family and see them no other way. If you’re looking for someone reliable who genuinely cares about your animals, I’d love to help. Feel free to reach out for a meet & greet :) I’m currently unavailable on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but can work with other needs on other days. At the moment pretty flexible just need communication, of course to work something out. I care for pets the same way I care for my own — with patience, attention, and respect for their routines. I currently have three cats and a really sweet husky at home, so I’m used to managing different personalities and energy levels. I’ve also cared for clients’ pets while working in human caregiving, which means I’m comfortable following instructions closely, giving meds if needed, cleaning litter boxes, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable. I can accommodate whatever kenneling or crate needs are required at the location care is taking place, as well as follow any potty routine your dog needs. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
