“Kelly is awesome! We went to Ocean City to spend some time at the beach and Kelly is just off the main route coming from Northern Virginia. She took great care of our dog for three nights and sent us pictures at the end of each day, totally unexpected. Besides being great with animals she is just a great person. She was wonderful with Aries and gave me updates the whole week I was away we felt great about leaving Aries. She is the best dog sitter by far and I definitely will be bringing Aries back. If you have a pet she is the one you want to watch over she plays with them give them good snacks all around great person we definitely will be back and thank you !!!!
Kate was wonderful and Mr. Peanut settled in quite quickly with her AND her two own dogs. Peanut is very picky at who he likes and doesn't like. But he got along with the pack and as a doggie mom, that made me feel good. I will definitely use Kate again. As far as the Rover website, there looks to be some logistical issues. On my screen, it told me Kate was 82miles away, but a 30min drive. Please get that fixed. Rover for me was hard to use. I like simple. But Rover has all these twists and turns. For example, I was not allowed to just message sitters. I was forced to pick dates. I had been looking for a new babysitter for Mr. Peanut since we just moved, but Rover made me wait til I needed someone asap, which made my experience stressful. Not good. We should be able to meet and talk to these folks before we book. After all, we are parents, and we all should be allowed to interview these sitters much like we would if they were our human children. Thankfully Kate worked out. But it could have gone a lot smoother. Thanks Kate (and daughter!)
