On my screen, it told me Kate was 82miles away, but a 30min drive. Please get that fixed. Rover for me was hard to use. I like simple. But Rover has all these twists and turns. For example, I was not allowed to just message sitters. I was forced to pick dates. I had been looking for a new babysitter for Mr. Peanut since we just moved, but Rover made me wait til I needed someone asap, which made my experience stressful. Not good. We should be able to meet and talk to these folks before we book. After all, we are parents, and we all should be allowed to interview these sitters much like we would if they were our human children. Thankfully Kate worked out. But it could have gone a lot smoother. Thanks Kate (and daughter!)”

About: **We are unfortunately unable to host unfixed dogs in our home for boarding/doggy daycare.** I have grown up with dogs and cats and have spent many years caring for them throughout my life. I currently have a senior dog I adopted from a local shelter and two younger dogs I’ve helped raise since they were puppies. Over the years I’ve learned how different each stage of life can be, from potty training puppies to supporting the slower pace of senior dogs. I’ve also cared for family pets while their owners were out of town, including both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with dogs of all energy levels. Some love to play and stay active, others just want to relax and be near someone. I’m happy with both. I also have experience with raw feeding routines and daily care. My main focus is always making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I have a flexible schedule as a stay at home mom which allows me to give consistent attention throughout the day. I homeschool my children but I’m still able to fully care for the pets in my home and keep up with walks, drop ins, and boarding. My days are structured in a way that allows me to adjust as needed so each pet gets timely and attentive care. Pets in my care can enjoy walks in your yard or around your neighborhood depending on what they are comfortable with. We also have a spacious yard that gives dogs plenty of room to move around and stretch their legs. Our home is calm and family oriented. Pets are always supervised and included in daily life. When it comes to Drop-In Visits it is similar to a walk but here's how they differ. With a visit I will be able to refill your pets water or food dish while you're away. Putting trash out and up to the curb) Furthermore, I am willing to provide training. Depending on your preference I can do clicker, treat, or a combination of both trainings. “Amy is amazing. She is kind and flexible and has done amazing job caring for Kalooki. We don’t have to feel guilty about leaving her behind because she is always excited to visit and has a great time either Amy’s family and the other pets to have fun with. Amy sends great photos and videos along the way that give us insights into her daily activities and friendships. She always comes home from her “vacations” exhausted in a good way, which is the best outcome of vacations for her humans too. Highly recommend!”

“Bob was fantastic and his location is very convenient if you're staying in OC and can't bring your pup to your hotel. He sent lots of videos and photos throughout our stay, which we really appreciated, and he even gave our dog Lila some special gifts and treats. He was extremely responsive, caring, and accommodating. We'd book with him again if we're back in the area.”
