“Taylor was great with our cat while we were gone on a long trip. Lots of updates, pictures & videos and love for our kitty. Lovely person - we would def book with her again.”

“Kati did an awesome job with a very stubborn, picky dog =) He’s getting old and had a paw infection that required oral medications twice a day. He’s very picky and anxious, and Kati made me feel like he was in great hands. She also went above and beyond to take care of his toenail when it bled and bothered him. I would definitely recommend her!”

“Katerina, Thank you for looking after our cats while we were away! They were very well taken care of and we will definitely be rebooking for our future cat-sitting needs!”

About: I have been around pets my whole life and know how to read their body language. I am respectful if they need space and let them warm up to me. My family had large dogs and cats growing up that I helped care for and train. I helped care for 3 litters of puppies and I trained the puppies we kept. I also had a cat who was spoiled with love and lots of playtime. I work at a school and don't work during the summer, so I am very flexible. During the school year my availability will be afternoons/evenings on weekdays. I love cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I will love your pet like my own! I truly enjoy taking care of cats and dogs and giving them lots of play and affection. I always respect their space if they are afraid, but I am skilled at earning their trust and helping them warm up to me.
About: I provide attentive, high-quality care tailored to each dog’s needs. I’m experienced with structured routines, leash handling, and reading dog behavior to ensure a safe and positive environment. Whether your dog needs exercise, structure, or just extra affection, I deliver dependable, top-tier care every time. My schedule is currently flexible as I am in between work allowing me to be available morning-evenings. Whether you’re looking for a morning walk or running late from work I can be there. I try to keep things as normal as possible for your dog while you’re gone. I follow your routine, make sure they’re well-fed, walked, and getting plenty of attention. I’m also very respectful of your home and keep everything clean and in order.
“Dorothy was outstanding coming to our house to feed and let out our 2 dogs. She was great with the dogs, responds quickly to questions and sent many photos while we traveled out of state for a wedding. We trusted her and did not worry about our dogs. I would highly recommend her services.”

“Becca did a great job watching my cat—super responsive and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again if I need a sitter. Highly recommend!”

“Jennifer took good care of Arya and Meera while we were out and gave us detailed updates and pictures regularly. It gave us peace of mind knowing that they were well cared for. Thanks Jenn!!”

About: hello! my name is charlize i’m 22 i’ve grown up with animals my whole life and now i currently work at an animal hospital helping taking care of the dogs and cats that come in to see the vet. i’m very experienced with animals and taking care of animals and i love all different kinds of animals. i’ve worked at the animal hospital now for two and a half years and its been the most amazing two and a half years of my life. i am also going to school to practice becoming a veterinarian so i am really excited to meet all new furry friends for more experience. i am good with administering medication, i am good with dealing with aggressive dogs, i am good with any diabetic cat or dog with dosing insulin. you name it and i can do it!! i work part time hours at the animal hospital during the summer months and full time during fall and winter but i am extremely flexible, as i work on my terms and conditions. i am willing to fit last minute accommodation if it works with my personal schedule but i can also take time out of my day if needed to walk a dog etc. i unfortunately cannot have pets in my building but i am more than willing and able to go to anyone else’s beloved home to pet sit, or walk, or feed animals. i come in with a soft expression and wait for the animals to get used to me and my scent and then i wait for their approval to come further in their home/space. i am very careful to not touch them when they don’t want to be touched and i am always patient with animals especially if they’re new to my route.

About: I have personally owned dogs, cats and ferrets. I currently own two very active cats. I have about five years experience pet sitting for cats and dogs and walking dogs. I can provide pet sitting in your own home. I can perform feeding, walking, play time and waste clean up. I previously worked as a Records Clerk at the Palatine Police Dept for 15 years and I am now a stay at home wife. I am looking for something part-time to supplement my income. I chose dog walking so that I could spend time with animals, be able to be outside a lot and have a flexible schedule. I am very comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! Right now I am a stay at home wife and so my schedule is currently flexible. But mornings and afternoons typically work best for me. I am not able to care for pets in my home due to my own cats. For vacation needs I can make multiple visits to your home each day.
About: “Dog fever” doesn’t even begin to cover it — my girlfriend and I are counting down the days until we can bring home a new puppy. I’m the kind of person who can’t pass a dog on the street without stopping to say hello, so you can imagine how excited I get around animals. I’m a private contractor working remotely with a very flexible schedule. I can shift my day to day schedule and adapt to most needs you may have. I am a very attentive person with patience and much affection. I hope to keep your pets routine consistent & stress-free with exercise, playtime, or just extra attention.
“Karina is the absolute best she takes such great good care of my cat Aster. I love all the pictures and updates throughout the booking. I would highly recommend booking with Karina”

“We’ve been using Doug as a pet sitter for a while now, and we highly recommend him. Doug is not only reliable but also genuinely enthusiastic about caring for our cats. We never have to worry about anything when they’re in his care. He ensures they get plenty of attention, including playtime and cuddles, which helps keep them happy while we’re away. Our cats require daily medication, and Doug handles this with ease, showing he’s comfortable with more complex care needs. I highly recommend his services to anyone—your pets will be in excellent hands, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing they’re well cared for.”

“Erica is great! Was able to last minute meet and greet our 2 fur babies (cats). Could tell right away they felt comfortable with her and vice versa. She was very communicative and sent the BEST pictures of the kids while sitting for them. Best result, we came home to happy healthy kiddos. Thank you so so SO much Erica!”

About: I have been around dogs since I was 5, as my best friend had dogs growing up. I worked at a doggie daycare, so I am comfortable walking and taking care of dogs. I am free in the mornings and early afternoon. I am an actress who has rehearsal at nights. I also have my own pets to take care of, so I won’t be out all day. I will respect the clients home and ensure to keep it clean/not move things around on them. I know how I would like to be treated with my home, and I will do the same for them.
“Christina did an awesome job with Bella. She was on time, spent quality time with our dog and went above and beyond. We would definitely hire Christina again.”

“Aury took amazing care of my two cats. Very attentive and great communication — sent lots of pics and videos. She went above and beyond to make sure they were cared for and gave me peace of mind while I was out of town. Definitely recommend her 10/10 :)”

Katerina was absolutely perfect! This was my first time using Rover and she made the experience very easy and nice! She did exactly what we needed which was visit our babies once a day and feed and play with them, but she went above and beyond when she sent photos and videos of them at each visit! It was so nice to get those updates while we were away! I will absolutely be using Rover again, especially Katerina! Thanks again!!!
