(1) My stories with cats Honestly, I don’t have my own cats yet, but I do have a cat nephew named Jojo, who is seven years old. His photo is always on my phone, and I believe he brings me good luck. I’ve taken care of Jojo several times when his parents were away, from daily feeding and play sessions to cleaning the litter box and just sitting quietly with him when he wanted company. I’ve also helped two friends in Berlin look after their very cute cats (feeding, playing, and cleaning the litter box). With Jojo and my friends’ cats, I’ve learned to read different cat personalities, and I get along well with both shy and outgoing kitties. (2) My stories with dogs For a long time I wanted to meet more dogs by walking or pet-sitting them, but I wasn’t sure if I was ready for that responsibility. That changed a few months ago when I became a temporary caretaker for a rescued stray dog. He was a two-year-old boy who really needed to socialize with people and other dogs. Because of him, I stepped out of my comfort zone and started talking to different dogs (and their owners), which actually helped ease my social anxiety. Watching his change was a beautiful journey. At first he was alert to every little noise and ate everything too fast. Over time, he learned to sleep soundly and even became a bit picky about his food. It was a little frustrating at times, but mostly heartwarming, because it showed he finally knew he had a home. Sadly, due to personal reasons I couldn’t adopt him myself, and since I live in a WG I can’t offer daycare at my place. He has now been adopted by a very loving family. I don’t want to disturb them, but I miss spending time with my furry friend very much. Caring for Jojo, my friends’ cats, and especially the rescued dog has shown me how much I enjoy being part of an animal’s daily life and seeing them feel safe, understood and happy. I also know how important it is for pet parents to have someone reliable, gentle and attentive when they are away. That’s why I’m here: to offer both cat care (drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, litter box cleaning) and dog walking (1-on-1, at your dog’s pace), so your furry friends can get my full attention and loving care. I’m currently learning German, so my schedule is quite flexible. I’m usually available in the mornings and evenings on weekdays, as well as throughout the day on Tuesdays and weekends. I was really worried about leaving him with a stranger, but Laura agreed to meet me before I booked her to make sure she was a good fit. She is super friendly and attentive, and asked me questions when she needed to. When I was gone she sent me lots of photos of my cat and gave me little updates on how he was doing, how he was eating etc. Everything was nice and clean in my apartment when I returned home. “Giuliana was an absolutely wonderful choice to look after our two kitties Raven and Loki. Each morning I received a thoughtful update with photos and videos, in which I could tell they were in good hands. Giuliana made helpful suggestions throughout the time we were away, which was great so I didn’t have to worry about the cats in the heatwave. I have personally been raising a cat for almost 3 years now I am a master’s student, so my schedule changes from semester to semester, however i am flexible and can respect agreed-on appointments and can take my laptop with me Currently my living situation is too small for taking pets into my own house, however i’d be more than happy working at a clients house, i will ensure a clean and safe environment for the pet, i might sometimes need to use my laptop during my visits

Über: I’ve grown up on the Swedish countryside both around my own animals - cat, dog and horse, but also pet sitting friends animals of all different kinds such as horses, cats and dogs! I would say I’m well versed in all different sizes of animals, and am since a young age very well aware of the responsibilities it entails! Since moving to Berlin, I have unfortunately not had the perfect circumstance to be able to have my own pet, and I would really like to have more pet time in my daily life again! As I’m a full time student, I spend most of my days home alone in our big apartment, so being able to pet sit - either at my own apartment or in other spaces would be very easy when it comes to time management. I live in a large apartment together with my partner, who is also an animal lover since birth! We don’t have a balcony but we do have a nice closed off garden that belongs to our building. There is also a lot of nice parks around our area for long walks!

When it comes to walks and feeding I understand the importance of routine and try my best to follow the same schedule set in the pets home so they feel more comfortable. Similar when it comes to play time or training, if specifics are mentioned I usually try to upkeep during the boarding. As I have had experience with both WAG and THS I understand that details are important and every animal is different. Así que siempre estoy 3 o 4 horas afuera Vivo cerca de Pankow por lo que mi zona es muy tranquila, tengo 2 parques cerca muy grandes por lo que no va a faltar espacio para jugar. Mi casa no es muy grande cuento con una habitación y cocina separados, pero hay un sillón y espacio de sobra para una mascota
