Since I was 6, I’ve spent almost every weekend volunteering at animal shelters and taking dogs on walks, which taught me how to handle all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and behaviors. My first own dog was rescued from a kill shelter, and my second dog had been abandoned blind in a ski resort and found freezing outside. Because he was blind, nobody wanted to adopt him, but adopting him ended up being one of the best decisions ever. Through these experiences, I’ve become especially patient and comfortable with anxious, traumatized, senior, or special-needs dogs, and I genuinely love building trust with them at their own pace On weekends I’m very flexible and available both during the day and overnight. I can either care for your cat in my own apartment or come to your home, depending on what your cat is most comfortable with. During the week I have a school schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM, which means I’m usually available from 5 PM onwards. In special cases I also offer overnight stays during the week if early morning drop-off/pick-up works for you and your cat :) I always try to create a calm and stress-free environment where cats can feel safe and comfortable in their own routine. I respect their boundaries, pay attention to behavior changes, and make sure they get enough attention, playtime, food, and care. I’m also experienced with cats that need extra patience or medical care, so I’m comfortable handling responsibility and keeping owners updated if needed.
