Hi! I’m Itzell, a reliable and caring pet sitter based in Berlin. I have experience looking after both cats and dogs, and I always make sure they feel safe, calm, and well cared for. I understand that every pet has its own personality and routine, so I adapt to their needs: whether it’s playtime, feeding, walks, or simply keeping them company. I am patient and attentive, and I especially enjoy building trust with more sensitive or shy animals. I currently offer flexible availability, including overnight stays and visits, and I’m happy to keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away. Your pet’s comfort and well-being are always my priority.

Safety, trust & environment
Before providing my services I would arrange a meeting to get to know each other and make sure we are a good match. In this meeting, I would like to know about your cat's routine, any previous experience with cat sitters and any relevant information that allows me to provide you to provide the best care for your pet. I will also provide you with daily updates and photos. Upon request, I can also help with the mail and water the plants.

Itzell was so sweet with my cats, and so respectful of my home when she spent time with my two cats for two weeks. One of them is very shy but warmed up to her right away.
Itzell took such great care of my cat, Luna, while I was away for a week. She was very attentive, thoughtful, sent regular updates, followed all instructions, and checked in whenever she noticed something unusual. When I came home, Luna was calm and happy, which says it all. I'd recommend Itzell without hesitation!
Went for a one week holiday & Itzell took care of our furbaby Alma so well. From the first day they met, Alma was already so comfortable with Itzell which led to them having an amazing week together. When we came back home everything in the apartment was also in perfect condition. Alma definitely would love to have Itzell babysit her again (:
