Über: For over 13years I shared life with my rescue dig Galgo. We adapted her to love and soft care, after coming from a mistreated environment; in this way rescued dogs are challenging. It took her over two years to settle into her new home, where she thrived until her last days as a senior dog. My routine ensured her best days, full of cuddles, love and the discipline needed to have a balanced life. We came across a lot of friends, dogs, cats, and of course — humans. We opened our home to them, and gave them space too when they needed it. I live in a place full of green space, the type that is safe for dogs to enjoy and be outside. I have experience with small and big dogs alike in many different situations. Safety is top priority for me, so keeping the dog’s routines is used to and meeting their needs to feel good is my top concern. I work 24h a week, mainly from home. I only spend a few hours at the office, my week is very flexible and free to spend free time. There is al lot of green spaces around my place, dog friendly, my neighbors are very aware of the dogs and there is a dog community that we can join if is needed it to socialize with other dogs, it’s a very quiet area free of noise, family friendly. My apartment is 60m2 with a balcony in the first floor, no need to climb up and downstairs. The dog/ cat could be in all the areas in the apartment. Specific rules will apply when the owner request it to maintain the animal routine.

As a freelancer, my schedule is flexible. I work part-time as a pet sitter because I genuinely love animals. I can flexibly adjust my pet-sitting hours to meet the owner's needs, whether it's on a weekday or a weekend. My place is a two-story apartment. It's a great space for cats, but the indoor area might be a bit small for a dog. However, there's a communal garden downstairs, and I will take your dog out at least twice a day. Additionally, there are many parks nearby that are perfect for dogs to run and play in.

My space is limited, so it will most likely just be the two of them - your dog and mine. Ich besuche momentan die 13. Klasse und habe daher meist am Wochenende oder nach der Schule Zeit. Je nachdem wie ich für Prüfungen lernen muss könnten auch da Änderungen anfallen aber um den Kopf frei zu bekommen plane ich spazieren gehen auch gerne ein;) Als erstes möchte ich gerne wissen wie der Hund drauf ist, was ihm gut tut, was er vielleicht nicht leiden kann (z.b. andere Hunde) und ob die Sympathie zwischen Hund und mir aber auch zwischen Mensch und mir passt:) Außerdem ist es wichtig das der Hund auch gut auf mich hört wenn ich mit ihm spazieren gehe!

From the start it is important that communication and the expectations for sitter are established. I am available for petsitting in East Germany I am studying online so I am almost home most of the time especially during the weekend unless I have to bring groceries or attend meetings. Über: I have always been passionate about animal welfare. Throughout my professional career, I have immersed myself in learning as much as I can in regards to Animal Welfare. While my focus has been in dog training, I’ve never been shy about adding to my skills. As such, I’ve apprenticed as a Groomer’s Assistant, completed Canine First Aid and Confirmation courses, and I have even spent time working in Veterinary Clinics. These experiences were fulfilling and allowed me to provide comprehensive information for my human students, therefore bridging the critical gap between training the dog and teaching the human. Most recently in my professional career, I was able to open my own successful dog-training business in the states, collaborating with the families of individuals with disabilities, as well as local Animal Welfare organizations and Rescues to provide critical training for both Service Dogs, and dogs living in pet homes. I focused on tailoring training methods to accommodate diverse needs and frequently developed innovative approaches, all while collaborating with various other Pet Professionals in my area. I'm fairly free in my availabilty, pending time hasn't already been booked by other clients. For drop-ins/walks I start my days at 10AM and, finish at 5PM. I don't take drop-ins/walks on Sundays, but I'm otherwise available the rest of the week. For dogs, I like to spend at least 30-40 minutes a day on decompression walks, just allowing dogs to sniff and enjoy the sensory input they crave. I do NOT do public dog parks or allow greetings for Clients with random animals, and I always carry compressed air-spray in the event an off-leash dog approaches. I'm happy to provide play and light grooming, such as routine brushing and nail trims if applicable and requested. I require at least one Meet & Greet with the owner present before commiting to any sitting requests, as it is imperative to me that the dog is comfortable with me and confident with me entering the home without their owner. For cats, I prefer to let them greet me at their speed while ensuring they have all necessary resources and a clean litterbox. I'm very happy to spend the day with a book and cozy cat at my shoulder or on my lap, but it won't hurt my feelings if the cat is shy and prefers to avoid me. Either way, I'll keep their water filled and their box clean.
Über: I’ve has dogs most of my life, growing up with my family dog and later adopting my own dog at 26, talking full responsibility for her daily and medical care as she was very sick at the start (don’t worry, she is healthy and great now!). Über: For over 13years I shared life with my rescue dig Galgo. We adapted her to love and soft care, after coming from a mistreated environment; in this way rescued dogs are challenging. It took her over two years to settle into her new home, where she thrived until her last days as a senior dog. My routine ensured her best days, full of cuddles, love and the discipline needed to have a balanced life. We came across a lot of friends, dogs, cats, and of course — humans. We opened our home to them, and gave them space too when they needed it. I live in a place full of green space, the type that is safe for dogs to enjoy and be outside. I have experience with small and big dogs alike in many different situations. Safety is top priority for me, so keeping the dog’s routines is used to and meeting their needs to feel good is my top concern. I work 24h a week, mainly from home. I only spend a few hours at the office, my week is very flexible and free to spend free time. There is al lot of green spaces around my place, dog friendly, my neighbors are very aware of the dogs and there is a dog community that we can join if is needed it to socialize with other dogs, it’s a very quiet area free of noise, family friendly. My apartment is 60m2 with a balcony in the first floor, no need to climb up and downstairs. The dog/ cat could be in all the areas in the apartment. Specific rules will apply when the owner request it to maintain the animal routine.

Über: I cared for my own dog for 15 years, and I know just how much trust it takes to leave your pup with someone else. I can’t have a dog of my own right now, and I miss that daily joy of walks, cuddles, and companionship - so I joined Rover to help other pet owners while doing what I love most. Every dog I meet gets the same care, patience, and affection I gave to mine 💛 I work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I usually take a mid-day coffee walk to reset - smiling at every dog I pass along the way.
