I live on 5 acres of land, and pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I start each day by feeding and walking my pets, allowing them space to explore. Since I work from home, I can spend quality time with them, playing and training throughout the day. I check on their health regularly, which includes grooming and giving any needed medication. On weekends, I take them on adventures around our land. Pet care brings joy and structure to my life! I care for pets in both my home and my clients' homes by providing a safe and loving environment. In my home, I have a friendly 18-year-old Australian Shepherd who helps create a welcoming atmosphere for other pets. I ensure they have plenty of space to play and explore, while also maintaining a clean and comfortable area for resting. I follow their routines closely, including feeding times, walks, and play sessions. At a client's home, I respect their space and follow any specific instructions or routines the pet is used to. I make sure the environment is safe by removing any hazards. I also give them regular check-ins to ensure they are happy and healthy, and I am always available for cuddles and attention!

In this position I was responsible for handling and training everything from puppies, to highly reactive traumatized dogs. If wanted, I can easily weave basic training into my stay with your dog. About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs as long as I can remember. And my experience goes out further than just cats and dogs. I’ve helped my parents take care of the animals on their little homestead for 3.5-4 years. I took care of ducks, chickens, pigs, goats, and more. I’m currently not working and I’m free Tuesday-Saturday. I’m available in the mornings/mid afternoon. I can do night hours only on Thursdays, fridays, and Saturdays. The people that i currently live with have a huge yard and 2 friendly dogs, one that has a runner hooked up outside and the other one gets to free roam. When I am in the clients home, I will make sure their fur baby is well taken care off and has everything they need. And potentially clean up when I leave.

About: My name is Ben and I live with my wife, Laura, in Canaan. I work from home and we are both available as needed throughout the day to provide close supervision, companionship and outdoor time for your pet. We grew up with a lot of pets, and have always loved being around dogs especially. We have had several Saint Bernards in the past and are comfortable with large dogs. Whatever the shape or size, we look forward to getting to know your pet and giving them the best care we can provide. We are happy to host and are flexible to travel, both weekdays and weekends. Looking forward to hearing from you! Availability 7 days/week with flexible work hours. Can travel to your home and stay overnight if needed as well as take out for walks during the day. I’ve taken care of dogs of many kinds for over 10 years. Pets are a part of our families. I know how important they are when it comes to being taken care of and loved. I can provide that for you during the time you aren’t able to. I work part time remotely. We have a 3 year old who adores animals. along with a Great Dane, Boxer, 2 bunnies & 3 cats. They are all healthy and very loved. We have a fenced in yard so our dogs are outside as much as possible during warmer weather. There is food and water always on hand. I clean our cats litter boxes regularly. I have been told by people who are allergic when they visit that they wouldn’t even know we had cats based on the cleanliness of our home causing little to no allergic reaction.
