His communication was clear and timely. I was worried to leave my pet while on vacation, but it was clear very quickly that my pet was in responsible and caring hands. I really appreciated that he took the time to actually play with and care for my cat, not a simple drop in to feed her. I will definitely use James again as a pet sitter if I need one!
