About: I learned at a very early age (I'm talking single digits) that pets are way more than pets; they're family! I grew up in a home with very large dogs, and consistently volunteered with a no-kill dog shelter until my college years. Time (and integration into the military lifestyle) has shaped me into a bit of a "crazy" cat lady. I have been loving the cat mom life for over eight years now. I am the mom to Charlie, an adopted Tuxedo, and and most recently to George, who we brought in from the streets of Fort Rucker. Trust me when I say I understand the anxiety you feel when you are struggling because you can't be in a million places at once and need someone to help care for your pets. Trust me when I say I understand the peace and calm you feel when you finally get to take that trip to see your family for the first time in a year and you're states away but don't have to worry because your pets are in good, quality care. I promise to treat your pets with the same love, care, and attention to detail as I do my own, bringing you peace, calm, and reassurance. I have very open and flexible availability throughout the week and the weekend to care for your pets! Please see my specific availability for holidays or other special circumstances. I will do everything in my power to ensure the safety of not only your pets, but your home during my check-ins. I keep a very watchful eye with all pets when they are outdoors, fence or not. I will also ensure to lock all gates and doors and follow all further safety instructions that you have set for your home.

Now, I’m dedicated to empowering families with the skills and confidence to train their dogs—any breed, size, or condition. From rambunctious pups to seasoned seniors, no challenge is too big or too small! I focus on providing care on the weekends (no longer than a week). Let’s meet and greet, get to know you and your dogs so I can be the best company for them when you can’t be! I currently have two dogs in my home. One corgi and a Belgian malinios . We do have a fenced in area. I’m a huge advocate for crate training when you’re away from your pups, and will gladly help with your dogs socialization and interactions when you can’t be there.

I have a fenced in yard in Bowden terrace, with a large residential field nearby to take for fetch or for walks around the block. At home, we have a relaxed corgi of our own; your pet is welcome to lounge in the front room, receive healthy snacks (with your approval), and may either sleep in the open or in a kennel for the evening if you prefer. All care will be coordinated with you to ensure your pet feels welcome and comfortable!
