About: I’ve taken care of my own pets, and friends for years! Educated in recognizing dogs behaviors and can handle all different types of personalities. I have a 4 year old wire haired pointer who loves to make a new friend, and an orange tabby cat. I currently make my own schedule and do not work out of an office. I can stop by/let them out for potty breaks every 2-4 hours. I can work from home if needed, depending on how long your baby’s visit is. Fully fenced in backyard with a ton of room to run around! I only take on one family at a time to not overwhelm any guests or my own pets.

About: As a lifelong animal lover and experienced dog owner, I understand that every pet has a unique personality and needs. I’ve raised and trained two medium-to-large dogs with very different temperaments—one with fear-based aggression and the other a confident, strong-willed Husky. Through those experiences, I learned the importance of patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, and understanding canine body language to help dogs feel safe and confident. Outside of pet care, I’m a full-time elementary school teacher. My career has strengthened my ability to provide calm, reliable care while maintaining clear, consistent boundaries with kindness and compassion. I believe those same qualities help pets feel secure and build trust quickly. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, cuddles on the couch, or simply having a calm companion while you’re away, I’m happy to tailor my care to their routine and personality. I’ll treat your pets as if they were my own and make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and attentive care. As a teacher, my availability is greatest during evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks, and I always strive to provide dependable communication and updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I have flexibility during breaks from school, and weekends are also flexible for me morning, afternoon, evenings. I am occasionally available weeknights during the school year. I have a fenced in yard with space to run and I have a dog that is very social. My dog is not crated, yours can be if you prefer (please provide crate if needed).
