Taking care of animals is a huge passion of mine, and I take it very seriously I have a lot of free time on my hands and would be available anytime of the week. If something does come up on my schedule I will let you know. I would prefer to take care of your animals in your own home and would be able to stay over or check in on them as much as you want.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a lifelong pet owner, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I have worked with animals professionally since I was 16 years old and have spent the past three years working in animal shelters as a Behavior Specialist, helping dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and temperaments feel comfortable, safe, and successful. In addition to my shelter experience, I have four years of pet-sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, and other household pets. My background in animal behavior allows me to recognize body language, reduce stress, and provide individualized care based on each pet's unique needs. Whether your pet loves adventure, needs extra patience, or simply enjoys a consistent routine, I am committed to providing safe, compassionate, and reliable care while you're away. i’m currently working full time and have off on sundays and monday. On the days i work, i work 9-5:30 sometimes getting done earlier on occasion. I currently have a whole separate room to separate cats from my own. I work in animal welfare and know how important sanitization is a well.
“Jenni has been there for me since I got my kitties and when I need her for emergencies. She quickly establishes rapport with the kitties, tend to their needs during their visits, and always goes above and beyond what the visits entails. She’s been my go-to for my kitties. Highly recommended!”

“Cera was a delight to have! She took excellent care of my kitties, she sent a lot of pictures which showcased their respective personalities and made me happy while I was away. She even did one of the silly little things I do, which I didn't even ask for, and that made me happier bc it showed how much thought she put into their care. Highly recommended!”

About: As a proud pet parent to three amazing pets, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust. Family and friends regularly rely on me to care for their pets, and I'll treat yours with the same love, attention, and care as my own. I work as a personal trainer Monday through Friday which leaves me with a very flexible schedule. I am in control of my hours and have gaps throughout my work days giving me the perfect opportunity to use that time to care for your pets whether that means stopping in to check up on them or taking them on a walk! Also an excuse for me to get some exercise and help those high energy pets get theirs as well! I carefully follow all care instructions, respect your home and pets routine, and always double check doors and gates! Also understand pets body language making sure they feel comfortable at all times!

About: Hello! My name is Sarah, and I love all creatures, great and small. I am a highly professional individual dedicated to making sure my animal and human clients are equally satisfied. I have extensive experience in dog walking and pet sitting, with a specialty in rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, and other exotics, in addition to many years of husbandry, training, and maintenance at horse boarding facilities and other farms. In addition to my work with domesticated animals, I also worked in my college's vivarium for three semesters, training capuchin monkeys in basic actions designed to keep them safe, enriched, and calm with vet staff. Personally, I am the proud bunny mom to four free-roam rescue rabbits. In my lifetime, I’ve also owned and loved dogs, horses, rats, gerbils, hamsters, mice, turtles, aquatic frogs, and small lizards; I have cared for cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, parrots, goats, donkeys, and more. As a dog walker and pet sitter, I have cared for terriers to pit bulls; puppies to seniors with special needs. When you book a walk or a sitting session with me, you and your pet are guaranteed the following: -Prompt communication, including verification of time, location, and services -On-time arrival -Energy, care, and activity level catered to your pet's specific needs (either provide me with this information before hand, or I will be able to pick up on this within moments of meeting your pet) -Complete confidence in your pet's safety, even with the largest dog or most exotic reptile -A detailed report of what we did together, how your pet acted, and anything else particularly notable that came up during our time together Please feel free to inquire about anything you see on my profile, and I look forward to meeting you and your pet soon!
“Kathy did a wonderful job not only caring for my cats as if they were her own, but her communication with me was above and beyond. I felt very secure that my cats were well taken care of during our vacation and she made a sincere effort to befriend and nuture our pets when we couldn’t be there. I would highly recommend and will be booking Kathy again on our next trip!”

“Samantha took great care of my cats while I was away, keeping them entertained and spending quality time with them daily. really appreciate the effort that was put in!!”
About: I'm always available to sit and or walk your dog. I am very affectionate towards animals. I absolutely adore them. Every dog owner should know that their pets will be loved, provided for and taken care of. I have a lot of free time so playing with them and keeping them entertained is something I look forward to. I do send photos and videos quite frequently so you can know how your pet is doing on a daily basis. Most of my experience with pet sitting comes from taking care my friends and family members pets and from volunteering at an animal sanctuary. I have developed responsibility and learned quite a lot about dogs that way and now I'm looking forward to using that experience professionally. I’m adaptable and very flexible with my schedule perfect for those who need a last minute sitter. I’m also very willing to pet sit for longer durations if need be. I also enjoy exercising so I’m available for dog walks up to an hour or more if the owner requests that. There's a nice bike trail perfect for dog walks so no complaints here. Thank you for considering me as your pet sitter. 💖 *Update* Hello, thank you for considering in me as your pet sitter. At this time I am no longer able to take in more than 3 dogs and they must be from the same owner and not different owners. I'm back in college now so I can only focus on one dog at a time.. I also have to increase my prices unfortunately. I also no longer do Meet and Greets without being booked FIRST. I don't feel comfortable giving out my address without confirmed booking, you may always cancel a week prior to the date to get a full refund. And I do not have a car so I am unable to do pickups. Thank you for your understanding. I have a fully fence yard so your fur baby can run around and enjoy the outdoors anytime as often as he/she wants. I never leave your pet unattended so you can rest assure that your pet will be in good hands. I do require crates during their stay and this is for their safety. I can't leave them unattended while I'm showering or when I'm sleeping or going out doing errands so a crate is a must.

Cera is absolutely wonderful with our cats! This is our second time booking her, and she has been fantastic both times. She’s reliable, attentive, and so easy to communicate with. She sends plenty of updates and photos, which we really appreciate, and it’s clear that she genuinely enjoys spending time with our cats. She even takes the time to play with our one cat using her favorite laser pointer! We never have to worry about them when we’re away because we know Cera is taking great care of them. We’re so grateful to have someone we trust completely and will definitely continue booking with her!

Stella took such great care of my rabbit! The photos and videos gave me so much peace of mind, and it was clear he loved spending time with her. She treated him like one of her own and went above and beyond in so many thoughtful ways. I’d absolutely book with her again!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Cumru Township. On Rover:
- 95% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
