About: i have taken care of several breeds of dogs from the bichon’s to mastiffs! I have a beagle/shar pei mix who is 12 years old and a pit bull who is 2. We have 4 cats and I am an animal lover through and through! i am a stay at home mom of 2 and so my availability is open typically very flexible!. Up until now I have done this strictly in after work/school hours, but now have much more availability and hope to be able to branch out to more families! I will always respect the home of my client and their animals. We will go over any wants and needs and you don’t have to worry about anything else while you are gone! About: Hello! I have been pet sitting for friends and family for the past 3 years now and have finally decided to meet more animals! I am so excited to meet your fluffy (or non-fluffy) friends! I start school August 15, so until then I am free to take care of your pet at anytime of the day! I will typically try to DoorDash to make some extra cash, but will stop every couple of hours to check on your friend! I treat every home and pet like my own — that means following your routines closely and communicating with you along the way so you're never left wondering how things are going. For drop-in visits, I stick to the schedule you set for feeding, medication, and fresh water, and I always do a walk-through to make sure everything's secure before I leave. I'll bring in mail/packages and rotate lights if that's part of the ask. For dog walks, I keep to your dog's normal route and pace unless you tell me otherwise, always leash up before opening any doors, and clean up after them every time. I pay close attention to their body language, especially around other dogs or people, and I'll never push a walk if it's too hot, too cold, or your dog seems off that day. For overnight house sitting, I keep your pet's routine as close to normal as possible — same feeding times, same bedtime habits, same amount of attention and play. I treat your home with respect (locking up, keeping things tidy, not having guests over) and I check in with updates so you can relax while you're away. Across all of it: I send photo/video updates, I'm comfortable with basic medication administration (pills, drops, insulin if trained), and if anything seems off with your pet's health or behavior, I contact you and the vet right away rather than guessing.
