I’m caring, fun and love to engage both their mental and physical needs! I currently work part-time in the morning only M-F, so I have plenty of time to pet sit in your home as well as have lots of time during the day to exercise them, help with training you are hoping to accomplish and give lots of cuddles. I care for your pets in your home just as you would and am happy to exercise them however you like. This can be in your home and yard, or take them for walks or even hikes in the woods. Walks, cuddles, feeding, meds; I’ve got it covered! It’s just me and my two teenagers in the house - they are 16 and 18 and both have their own cars so I rarely see them! They’ve grown up around having a dog, and continually pressure me to have another one 😵‍💫 We had a bully breed mix, Celine Dion who sadly passed from old age in 2019. She had diabetes towards the end of her life, so I’m familiar with giving medication/shots if necessary. Since then we’ve regularly looked after our friends’ dogs, as you can see from the photos. We fostered Simba in 2024, we had him for 10 months until he was adopted. Because of having family in England, I want to be able to travel there frequently so am not ready to have a permanent dog again yet. Being a dog sitter fills a need for me! I work from home so have flexibility in my routine and am always available for my visitors’ needs. I like to take a morning walk, and should probably take an evening one too. I’m not away from home often. I have a fully fenced yard and my neighborhood has beautiful walking trails, that I use whether I am walking a dog, or just walking alone. I’ve fostered rescue dogs and have experience of high anxiety dogs. I’m 6 feet tall and strong, and my last foster was great with people but not so much with other dogs we met on our walks, so I’m used to avoiding them, if necessary! I am happy to send photos to you whilst your dog is in my care, and will communicate with you as frequently as you would like.

About: Hi! My name is Heidi Lynn! My Aunt Joyce surprised me with my first puppy "Peppy" at 4 yrs old. This was the beginning of my life long love story for Dogs! I love all animals actually. Growing up we had cats, dogs, chickens, cows, and a horse. My animals are my kids! I fall hopelessly in love with every dog I meet I am told. I am very passionate about dogs/cats, the ones I meet, have fostered, adopted, found vet care for, and especially senior/special needs dogs/cats tug at my heart the most. I have experience caring for dogs that have had Cancer. Extra love, patience, awareness and making sure a Cancer pet knows they are fully cared for and comfortable is so important to me. I currently have an incredible 8 yr old Senior Choc Lab that I call "Sugar Face" because he has a white mug now and is so kind and sweet like sugar.He is a total love, playful yet loves to just kick back and relax. He has an incredibly calm and loving nature around other animals. Partially why I decided to come on here is because I have an extra spot or two daily to give some care and love to since one of my repeat clients is moving to Tennessee in late August. Also this is my joy and passion first. I own another business that runs itself so I'm flexible and being able to do this has been THE BEST, EVER!! We have a dog friendly home, HUGE covered patio for rainy days, lounging, taking naps, 1/3 acre fully fenced backyard for exercise, playing with all of the toys and jumping in the doggy pool. We love to host furry friends for day visits while you're at work, drop ins while you run errands or go out to dinner, and overnight(s) while you take a vacation, work trips or holidays. Since I'm so flexible I offer drop ins to your home for potty breaks, feedings, chit chats with your cats, helping w medications, tossing the ball, daily dog walk(s), and pickups/drop offs too. I always provide texts, photos or videos so you can have piece of mind your fur baby is in reliable, fun, loving care. I am a great communicator, trustworthy, loyal and follow instructions to the T! My yard is fully secured with a fence. I prefer walking pets with harnesses, as it is more secure for the pet, easier and more gentle on pets/walker then just a collar that they can slip out of especially if they are a wonky walker or pull while walking. I do have different sizes if you do not have one or I can recommend the ones I have used and where to buy. I have extra leashes, collars, etc. I follow directions to the T! I am very good at double checking your dog, home, and crate are secured as needed. 🌼

About: I have always had cats and dogs in my life. They were pets or they were the pets of family or friends. I also have experience with rabbit, birds and hamsters. I am currently only in school part time. I am unemployed, so I have all the time necessary to care for multiple animals and/or pets. Our fully fenced front and backyard gives lots of room for dogs to run. Inside dogs are only kennelled when necessary and allowed on the furniture with us when invited.

About: I’ve had dogs around the house since I was 2 years old and have had many other pets ranging from rats to hedgehogs! I been able to adequately take care of each for as long as i’ve had them! I am currently on summer break from college so I have plenty of time to walk dogs and get in the time they need outside! I was able to take my elder dog on walks everyday to keep him active and get him his time outside. I also helped around the house with taking care of him, playing, and feeding him.

About: Born and raised with dogs for most years of my life. I've pet sat and walked many dogs over the years. I'm aware of what they do and don’t need, can be a strict yet playful as a care taker. I love walking and running with dog/s. I enjoy the exercise and break in nature as much as they do. It would be ideal to work for a pet owner who has potty trained their dog and has a good relationship with it. The dog tends to be a happier one that way! I care for cats too! I lived with a cat for 4 years who was super sweet. I regularly sit for 2 cats in my area. I’ve also learned some tricks with cats that aren’t initially friendly. I am allergic so I can’t cuddle them at night but as long as they don’t need that, I can do all the main tasks needed and pet them. ***I don’t accept aggressive dogs after being bitten as a Rover walker. I’m usually chosen for house/pet sitting while my partner cares for our dogs for me. If you’re considering boarding/dog daycare with me, your dog has to be potty trained, comfortable around my dogs, dog loving people and a dog loving 10 year old. It’s not always a fit so have low expectations and plenty of time for a meet and greet. If you want me to come to your house instead, that’s more common and yes I’ll leave my dogs at home with my partner. That said, if your dogs are dog friendly, I can do group walks but no worries if your dogs a diva. Questions for you before you book me ⤭ Is your dog potty trained? Does she/he bark? Special diet needs? Lifestyle needs? & lastly, would she/he get along with other humans and a 10 year old? How about other dogs? I usually do a meet and greet before agreeing and make sure we're a good fit. I love regular clients. Schedule ⤭ Depends on the dog. It's common that there's a morning walk and feed, mid day potty break and play and evening walk and feed. Weekends are for longer exercise adventures. How I care for pets in my home or others? ⤭ I'm always around. Here to bring them their love, play, food and outings. At my house there’s a play zone inside and outside for them. I'm happy to accommodate to your pets desires or stay at your space as well.

About: I’ve had pets all my life and was always the one asked to care for pets of family and friends while they were gone. I absolutely love to play with dogs and cats and love on them as much as as they will let me. I can do whatever activity you request with your pet, long or short walks or even hikes, practice training routines, enforce good behavior and give lots of love. I am currently working part time as a Caregiver and have very open availability this summer. I am also a mom but my kids are pretty independent and since their Dad works from home I can leave them as needed. I do not care for other pets in my home because I have a dog who can be unfriendly with unknown animals. I’m happy to do so in your home and won’t bring my dog with me of course.
