About: I love animals! I was raised around animals all of my life. My parents had a hobby farm, complete with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, cows, emu's, sheep, ducks, pigs, etc. We bred and raised dogs of all kinds: huskies, dalmatians, chihuahuas, beagles, labs, golden retrievers, pugs, and so on. Since my childhood, I've helped feed, care for, and even administer medicine to our animals. I moved to Lexington KY in the Fall of 2010 and decided to take care of others' furry friends while they're away. I started and ran my own dog walking and pet sitting business for 7 years. I ended up closing down to do some traveling. But I sure miss getting out and spending time with my furry friends. Whether you're at work, on vacation, or just out for the day, it will be my Joy to take care of your pets. From midday walks and home visits, to puppy breaks and house sittings, I'll treat your pet as my own, and make sure they get plenty of lovin'. “Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you.” That’s what I try to live by. I work part time and would have lots of time to care for your babies. My dog and I have a daily routine and would love to add your pet into our day. About: Hello! My name is Nicole. I am a Sophomore in college at Appalachian State University. I currently have no other responsibilities besides school, so I am pretty flexible! I have a few months of Rover experience, and in that time, I got to care for both cats and dogs of different sizes and needs. I have a dog and a cat of my own, as well as 6 years of pet-sitting experience. These experiences included dogs of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds. In that time, I enjoyed being able to care for every one of them and got to form close bonds with each as well. My goal is not just keeping your pet safe but also be engaging and fun for them I am currently in the long process of new certification classes that are set by my own scheduling. I can only house dogs that are friendly with other dogs, I stive to provide custom care that fits your needs and your pets. About: I have been fostering & training animals for rescues and shelters since 2009. I enjoy fostering because it helps more animals in the long run, I am great with animals that are unruly & have vet technician experience, so you can be sure your animal is in great hands when at my home or in my care, I love cats, dogs & caged animals & will go above and beyond for them. I can do things that most animal caretakers aren’t comfortable with, such as administer medications, light training, cleaning, bathing, grooming, even go pet shopping if needed! I will treat your babies as my own 😊 I have a huge yard & I live a few miles from a park with a walking trail. I own my business and work from home on my own schedule so I can work around my animal care schedule if needed. I have a 6 month old but can and will refrain from contact if needed. I have pets of my own as well as fosters at any given time, however my house is split level and plenty big enough to separate my animals from visiting one's to ensure safety.

I am available for visits in your home and / or walks up to 60 minutes in your neighborhood, weekdays and weekends. I only take 1 client per day. I am also happy to check your mail, water plants, and if you live on a small farm like me, care for any kind of critters.

I have been pet sitting for the same family for the last 5 years since their jobs and family require them to leave often, but they want to make sure their animals never feel neglected by this. I have administered medication for older cats and dogs, fed and rode horses, learned how to intervene safely in the event of a dog altercation, and love just being around pets of all types and sizes. Hello! I am currently a farmer turned student, recently back in college after a few years as an organic vegetable farmer. Now I’m balancing the demands of finishing my degree in evolutionary biology with my love of animals, plants, yoga, and simply being in awe of nature. Petsitting allows me a flexible job while I’m in school and gives me a chance to connect with the community in another way. I love the chance to meet everyone’s furry companions & learn more about people outside of my daily rhythms. I am an avid cyclist and hiker, so am happy to take along any pet that's down to adventure at the nearby trails. I’ve watched houses with up to 7 dogs at a time, so I’m very comfortable with multiple animals and giving each one the attention they need.

About: I have mainly taken great care of my family and friends fur babies but wanted to make this a job for me because I absolutely love doing this! Im currently not working due to hurricane Helene. I am pretty much free anytime of the week. I’d prefer week days but don’t mind weekends if needed! I have two Dogs of my own a Golden Retriever. Her names Stella, she’s 8 months and did I mention she’s very pretty in pink! Then I have the most handsomest boy Flynn. He is an Aussiedoodle who is 3 and FULL of energy! Just built a fence for them in the backyard so they can play their little hearts out. I wanna take care of your dogs just like I would take care of my own. Every dog is to pure for this world and deserves the most loving care imaginable!!

Keeping your dog safe and happy is my first priority My schedule is very flexible so I can usually arrange walks at any time from 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
