“I left Zorro at their house for a day. It was a last minute request so I was a bit antsy. As soon as I arrived at Claudette's I was assured Zorro would be at home and well cared for. The back yard was huge. Two other little dogs were there for Zorro to interact with. It was clear he was going to be fine. They touched base throughout the day and when I asked for an update, they sent one -- a cute photo of Zorro on Patrick's lap! When I picked him up he was happy, not desperate to see me. A sure sign that he had had a low key, easy visit. My only issue I had was with Rover. I tried to get the video chat to work numerous times and the call would not go through. Perhaps leave more specific instructions as to how to make that work.”
“Rochelle was absolutely amazing! She was willing to take Ivy in even though Ivy is completely blind and we requested our stay less than 24 hours in advance. She sent pictures and videos and I did not have to worry about Ivy being in her care. She has the perfect puppy palace set up in her home and Ivy absolutely loved it. Originally from Colombia, I’ve raised dogs always making sure they feel comfortable and understood no matter what! I’ve been in Texas for 10 years and brought my own dogs along for the journey. Right now, I’m the proud owner of a 12-year-old West Highland Terrier, who’s a sweet senior pup. My other dog, a senior Chow Chow, sadly passed away a few months ago after battling cancer.
