About: I was raised in a pet family and learned many skills that I use in my day to day life like responsibility, integrity, loyalty, patience, and kindness. My Uncle gave us his cat when I was in middle school and at first, I was weary, but I fell in love with her. I loved cuddling and holding her, listening to her purr, and hanging out. She was so kind and sweet, which made me want more cats in my future! I have cat-sat for others and it's been fun to learn each one's unique personality! Some are calm and some are so goofy/energetic. They touched base throughout the day and when I asked for an update, they sent one -- a cute photo of Zorro on Patrick's lap! When I picked him up he was happy, not desperate to see me. A sure sign that he had had a low key, easy visit. My only issue I had was with Rover. I tried to get the video chat to work numerous times and the call would not go through. Perhaps leave more specific instructions as to how to make that work.”

She played games with him, took him on walks, and treated him just like a member of her pack. She was also never annoyed when I asked for updates, which I so appreciated. I honestly felt like she loved Mack just as much as I do, and there is no higher praise. She even cleaned up his nails (which he DESPERATELY needed) and took some beauty shots for Mack right before I picked him up. I would book her again without reservation! “This was our first time using Rover and Justyne was awesome. She answered all of our questions and kept us very well informed about the whole process. She does take care of several dogs at once however, when new dogs are brough into her house, she makes sure they are introduced to the other dogs one at a time so it is a calm stress-free process. Justyne is very calm and patient with each dog. Normally after we bring our dogs home from being boarded, they immediately rush to the water bowls then outside to do their business and are sleeping the rest of the day due to the stress. After we brought them home from being under Justyne’s care, they did not even go to the water bowl and were pretty much back to their normal routine as soon as we got home. This tells me they were very well taken care of and we will definitely be using Justyne next time we need a dog sitter.”
