About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals in my lifetime. Every animal is special and I will show them that. Animals are my priority. I am dedicated to provide services any day of the week and anytime. This is my full time position so I can’t wait to get into it! I care for animals as if they were my own. About: As a performer who travels the world by sea, I know how comforting the love of an animal can be and while I’m away I miss that connection so much! I have loved, snuggled, and pet animals around the world and while I’m back on land I would love the opportunity to give your pets the same attention! I’ve had dogs my whole life and grew up in a home full of furry friends. My parents volunteer with Duo Dogs, so our house has always been a revolving door of puppies and big dogs alike. About: As young as I can remember I was raised with animals, specifically cats and dogs. From caring for my own family's pets, to caring for my neighbor's pets, to volunteering with local shelters, I am comfortable and experienced with caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. About: I used to pet-sit. Worked at a day-care a while ago. I've worked and interacted with all types of dogs. I enjoy what I do. I actually get really excited when working with dogs. I know they're a lot to handle sometimes but I feel like they're great fun to work with and they always make me feel better. My favorite types of dogs include Boxers, Miniature Schnauzers, Miniature Pinschers. I like all dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am really into playing fetch with dogs. I also don't mind playing with rope toys. They might tear my arms off but hey! It builds character! But my long-term goal is to make this a full time 8 hour day. The 8-hour schedule block will entirely depend upon demand though. Whether it's broken up into different times of the day with a break in between or a full 8 hours non-stop, entirely depends upon when clients need availability. The number one most important thing about pet care is communication though. Between the owner and me. The sooner we know things, the better. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I currently provide care exclusively in my clients' homes because I believe most pets are happiest and most relaxed in their own familiar environment. Staying in their home helps keep their routine consistent, reduces stress, and allows me to focus entirely on giving them the attention, affection, exercise, and companionship they deserve. I'll also treat your home with the same respect and care I would my own. Whenever possible, I love to schedule a meet-and-greet before the booking begins. It's a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, for your pet to become comfortable with me, and for me to learn about their personality, routines, favorite activities, quirks, medications, and anything else that helps me provide the best possible care. I firmly believe that in pet care, overcommunicating is always better than undercommunicating. While I would be comfortable offering boarding in the future, I currently choose not to because I share my home with a beloved cat. My decision isn't out of concern for her behavior—it's simply because I don't want to bring unfamiliar dogs into her space. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
