Pet care experience
Paws, claws, and hooves welcome!
Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with several years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine and formal degrees in Animal Science and Equine Science. I’ve spent my entire life on a farm, so caring for animals—big or small, shy or energetic—has always been second nature to me. My professional background includes animal CPR training, behavior observation, and recognizing early signs of illness or discomfort, such as colic. I’ve cared for countless dogs, cats, fish, and other critters over the years and understand how important consistency, safety, and attention to detail are for every pet. Whether your animals needs exercise, medication, enrichment, or simply a reassuring presence while you’re away, I tailor my care to their unique needs. I provide reliable communication, respectful home care, and a loving, attentive experience for your pets. I work a part-time schedule, which gives me excellent flexibility for drop-ins, walks, and attentive pet care throughout the day. I’d be happy to meet you and learn how I can help support your pet’s routine and comfort!

Ratings and reviews
Caitlin is amazing, and we feel fortunate to have found her! She took time to get to know us before starting and even offered tons of great advice for raising a puppy. Her background is in veterinary sciences, making her incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She’s kind, calm, and respectful as well. She arrives on time, goes above and beyond our expectations, and is flexible with scheduling. We would recommend Caitlin in a heartbeat!

Thanks so much for the last minute help! Eddie is nice and tired this evening!

Caitlin loves animals. She has taken care of my different animals. If I ever have a problem or question about animals she is the first person I go to. She has lots of experience with all different kinds of animals and loves taking care of all of them. She is always very careful. The people and pets safety are always her top priority. She always makes sure the animals are well cared for. She has experience in a veterinary clinic so knows what to look for and how to handle a lot of different scenarios. I would trust her with my animals at any time. I never worry about my house as I know she will always take care of that as well. She respects all the rules and instructions.
Caitlin cared for our farm animals while we took a week and a half long vacation. She followed directions, showed up on time and completed all tasks. The animals were very well taken care of and they loved her visits! So much so, we now regularly utilize her because we are finally able to get away knowing our farm is in good hands. She doesn't shy away from the cattle or pigs either! The barn cats love the extra scratches, as do the goats. She knows horses really well, which puts us at ease when it comes to our boys! She gives us thorough updates as well, which just puts us even more at ease while we are away! We are very thankful we found her!
Caitlin cared for my horse, Jake, for years! She was always so attentive and so in tune with him. He was a senior horse who lived to be 30 years old under Caitlin's care. He sure didn't look 30 when he passed, he even fooled vets with his age because of how good he looked, he looked 20! She took such good care of him. He had a wonderful retirement with Caitlin. She took care of his daily care plus all the extras he needed, supplements and special feed, medications, veterinary visits, and farrier visits, she took care of it all so I didn't have to worry about him one bit. I've never been so glad of a decision I have made, and I would never trust anyone else with the care of one of my horses. I cannot recommend her enough!
