“First time using Rover and leaving my 10-week-old puppy, and Ava was absolutely fantastic. She sent pictures and videos throughout the day, and I could tell he was having so much fun. She kept him on his schedule and was clearly experienced with puppies. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such great hands- will definitely be using Ava again!”

“Jenny was kind, caring, punctual and a great communicator. She took wonderful care of our sweet puppy while we were away. Jenny also took great care of our home, even getting the mail I forgot to put on hold. Her communication by text both before and during our time away was speedy and she even included photos of our pup having fun. We look forward to Jenny caring for our pup the next time we are away.”

“I had an excellent experience with Crystal as both a pet and house sitter. From the start, her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring—she kept me updated regularly and was always quick to respond to any questions. It made being away from home much less stressful. Crystal proved to be incredibly reliable, showing up exactly as scheduled and following all care instructions carefully. I could tell she took her responsibilities seriously, not only ensuring my pets were well cared for but also keeping the house in great condition. I highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a dependable and thoughtful pet and house sitter.”

“🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five-Star Dog Sitter Extraordinaire! We honestly don’t know what kind of magic Abby possesses, but she managed to care for all five of our wild, lovable heathens like an absolute pro. That’s not just dog sitting—that’s dog whispering. From the moment Abby walked through the door, our dogs were obsessed with her—and for good reason. She’s calm, kind, patient, and somehow has the energy and grace to keep up with five very different canine personalities (and let’s be real—these dogs aren’t exactly low-maintenance). Whether it was the high-energy zoomies, the endless toy-fetching, or the very dramatic meal-time antics, Abby handled it all with a smile and a level of care that blew us away. Not only were our dogs happy, exercised, and clearly well-loved while we were away, but Abby also kept us updated with the cutest photos and little anecdotes that showed just how much she genuinely gets each of our pups. She didn’t just watch our dogs—she connected with them. We came home to five calm, content dogs and a house that somehow wasn’t destroyed. That alone deserves a medal. Abby is hands-down the best dog sitter we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our furry chaos crew. If you’re lucky enough to book her, don’t hesitate—your dogs (and your sanity) will thank you.”

“Laurie was great with my dogs and cat for the weekend. She sent many pictures that I loved seeing while away from my fur babies. On time and very respectful of my house. I came home to no messes and happy pets”

“Sara did a phenomenal job house sitting and taking care of my pup. She was always responsive and sent updates with pictures. After her stay, she had some great suggestions which I will use in the future. I will use Sara again and cannot recommend her enough.”

About: Hi there! I’m a recently graduated physician assistant (PA) awaiting my hospital start date so my availability is currently wide open and I’m eager to help care for your beloved pets however I can. My schedule is easily customizable. I’m most eager for drop ins and walks to fill up my day meaningfully, yet offer sitting and boarding as well. I’m happy to offer a complimentary meet & greet ahead of services to ensure that it’s a good fit for all. I’ve had family pets of all species and sizes ever since I was born, growing up in 4H/ with large animals so I know a thing or two about general animal care. My experiences are varied and have lent to an above average animal sense. I’ve cared for senior pets, pets with advanced medical needs and my own animals during post-op recovery. One unique perk is that my sister is a veterinarian of 15 years and offers me an additional wealth of knowledge. Many might consider me a helicopter pet parent, which I’m proud to claim. No unsupervised grass/ twig chomping or foreign body scares with me around! I own two senior dogs: Remi and Paisley. They love everyone and everything but are at the age where sleep is the ruler of their day. I’m joining Rover semi selfishly because they have less ability for adventures now, yet unselfishly as any boarding time that your pet spends with us means spoiled vacation time with grandma and grandpa for them. However, I’m happy to keep them around if you have a puppy who needs socializing/ wise knowledge gathering from their elders. I’m a recently graduated physician assistant awaiting my start date so my availability is currently wide open and I’m eager to help care for beloved pets however I can. My schedule is easily customizable. In my home/ in life, pets are considered cherished family members. I am attentive, interactive and just overall excited to meet some new furry pals. I can keep up with any personality from frantic ball chaser to subdued couch potato. I know that every pet is different just as any human is different and am happy to accommodate in whatever way makes all happy.
“Adrienne was absolutely wonderful to work with! She sent us tons of really spectacular photos of our pets while we were away, and we were left with absolutely no worries whatsoever. We will absolutely be using Adrienne's services in the future!”

“Jessica was great! She accepted our booking last minute and still made time to do a meet and greet prior to watching our dog. She was very communicative and prompt! Would definitely book her again!”

“Matthew is a wonderful pet sitter. He is friendly, easy-going, respectful and considerate of your pets’ needs and any worries. Matthew did everything we asked to take the best care of our cat. We will definitely use him again!”

“Heidi was great and reliable while watching Zoe and Lily. I appreciated the daily updates and pictures. I came home to happy dogs! I would have no problem using her services again.”

“Once again, Taylor did an amazing job taking care of our dog. It felt great to be away and feel confident that he was in good hands. And she sends THE best update photos. We'll definitely come back to Taylor again.”

“Kaila was amazing!! She took care of my German Shepherd while I was away for the weekend. She kept me updated the whole time and I’m so grateful she took such a good care of my baby!”

“Victoria was an amazing sitter for my dog Felix. Felix can be a bit shy but he warmed up her quickly. She sent me photos and updates every day, which I appreciated so much. I trusted her completely with my pup and my house and I’d highly recommend her for any pet needs!”

“Raquel was an awesome sitter! She was more than accommodating and made sure our dog (Bojana) was MORE than taken care of. Would not hesitate booking with Raquel again, so long as she is available!! Thanks again Raquel, can’t tell you how much we appreciated your help!”

About: First I just want it to be known that I am willing to work with clients on pay rates and negotiate to a rate that fits for both of us. The rates listed are not set in stone. I have cared for cats, small-large dogs in various breeds (Beagles, Pitbull's, Labs, Shelty's, and more) for several years now for close friends and family near the Frederick area. I also have experience with smaller animals like Guinea Pigs, Gerbils, Bunnies, Fish, Turtles, and Hermit Crabs. I myself have a 6 year old Beagle and have been taking care of her for the passed 5 years now. I am home from college for summer break and will be available most weeks days in the evenings and some weekends. Other than work and preparing for school events I will not have much on my plate, giving plenty of time to care for your pets. I care for my clients pets with upmost care and love while maintaining expectations of what the client needs or prefers for their pets. This may include taking your dogs for daily walks, playing with them, making sure they are fed, bathing them, cleaning up any potty accidents, and spending quality time with them to keep company while their owners are away. For cats this may include keeping their litter boxes clean, making sure they are fed of course, playing with them, and quality time as well. I rely on clients to give me information on their pets routines so the pets themselves aren't as confused with a new person taking care of them.
About: Hello, my name is Danielle. I used work as a veterinary technician and I am looking to drop in pet sit and walk pets on my off time. I personally have 3 dogs and 4 cats so I am very much used to taking care of pets on a daily basis. I am also experienced in pet first aid and dog/cat CPR experienced. I can also watch small caged animals in my home. I have experience with some exotics and small 'pocket' pets. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thank you! In the mornings I make sure all of my pets are taken care of then after my kids are off to school I am available to come check in on your fur babies! I always make sure doors are shut and fences are secure for outside time. I always make sure leashes fit snuggly to reduce the risk of a leash slip.
“I always know my boys are in good hands when we have Kelly stay with them. My house is also well taken care of and we are given updates along the way. Def will continue to book her when she is available for our vacations!”

Caleb got off to a rocky start with being 2 hrs late; however, we wanted to give him the opportunity to prove himself as reliable. He stayed at the house and provided our dog, Roger, with good care. We got regular updates with pictures. Roger has anxiety and gets stomach/bowel issues with us being away, and Caleb needed to give him attention and do some clean up after Roger's accidents. We really appreciate that Caleb left the house in very good condition - he even did the dishes and put them away!
