About: For as long as I could remember, 10+ years! I’ve loved dogs! Taking care of puppies comes as second nature! As long as dogs are around happiness and joy can be spread! Free all Friday! My current work schedule allows me to be flexible with the time I have. I also love to get my steps in! Through making sure my pups were well fed and played with, to ensuring their safety with safe and careful socialization, the health and well being always comes first for any pet in my care.

About: I’ve had my two cats for about three years now, and we’ve built a routine together around feeding, playing, sleeping, and everything in between. Every day when I walk through the door, they’re the first two to greet me. I make sure they’re always fed, clean, hydrated, well cared for, and most importantly, safe. I work full time during the week, so I’m generally unavailable during the day, but I’m usually free in the evenings after work and have full availability on weekends. I live in a two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment with a private, enclosed patio where my cats can safely explore outdoors without the risk of escaping. We also have an extra bedroom set up so they have their own space and time when they want it.

About: I have taken care of dogs/cats and other small animals for a few years now. I work with kids as well, and many families have pets that I look after as well. Friends and family rely often call on me to watch their pets. I loved animals my whole life and started Rover to make new furry friends and look forward to spending time with them! I currently work part time so i have plenty of time to play with your furry friends. I like to run jog and cuddle. I love puppies and animals of all kinds! I respect my clients home boundaries. I follow their rules and regulations. I communicate well with my clients through phone call and text. I do this daily multiple times a day.

About: I have been around pets all my life I love to go on long walks, I believe that pets are our companions and should therefore be cared and treated as such. Going the extra mile for them means the world for me considering they are always there for us during both our highest and lowest moments in life. I am available daily for walks during the morning and afternoon. Being active is apart of my lifestyle and incorporating it by walking pets makes it even more enjoyable. I will keep an eye on all pets assigned to me which will not be a problem since I love playing with pets, and keeping them active. I will especially keep a close eye on puppies and kittens as I know from personal experience that they are very curious and need constant care.

Forgetting to do a litter box, one day happens, but forgetting to do it constantly can lead to your pet killing a fungal infection, and having a lot of pain in the limbs they walk on. I like to take a systems thinking approach, and things like a few times a week and cleaning your space everyday and securing unsafe spaces is super important . I work in retail and the service industry so I would love to transition out of that soon as hour can be short or sparse this time of year and build my photography business. Taking care of pets and having pet models for my portfolio would be great as well as the time to be active and have fun as I focus on building these foundational skills. I’ve already done the hectic schedule of chasing shifts downtown for the last 2 years so if I could have slower days and have clients closer to me that would be great. To me a very successful play session involves observing the pet where they are,and how they interact because I am a guest in their space firstly, and giving them attention and love is my first priority. I don’t care that I may start out at a Lower rate or XYNZ is out of my pay grade. I’m not leaving a fecal mess or putting my headphones on, and turning Netflix and putting my feet up during a session because I can . The TV will always be there but the emotions and potential reactive response of a pet that might start biting plants or getting into stuff they shouldn’t —can lead to a permanent result. I want the pets I care to stay interested or at least rest and feel comfortable in their space and know that some one is there to feed them and respond to their needs or at least be willing to figure out what they need and not dismiss them. I have been trained by another company called Big City Wolf on proper dog handling and plan to get my animal CPR training this March and apply to work at the new ACS center in Coop city .

About: When I was in college, I baby-sat and pet-sat for several families in the Wellesley, Massachusetts area. On top of my college experience, I’ve also been serving as a pet sitter via TrustedHouseSitter for four years now. My previous experiences were mainly with huskies, beagles, pit bull/rottweiler mixes, shitzus, and tabby cats. I work from home so my schedule is super flexible and I’m able to spend a ton of time with your pet(s). I love to have company while I work so I’m more than happy to look after your pet(s) and show them off to my coworkers while I’m in my meetings! My building has several heavy doors and the parking garage is fully gated, so the building is quite secure. I have a one bedroom apartment in the Bronx with a park just around the corner so potty breaks will be often and plenty over here.
