About: I have taken care of animals from a young age, with 13 years of personal experience and 4 years of friends and acquaintances go to pet sitter. I have a range of experience working with different sized dogs, my family dog growing up was a Rottweiler that gave me experience with working with big dogs and as a teenager I had a Maltese. Throughout college I house sat and took care of cats ranging from one cat to four cats at a time. I also have had multiple experiences with giving both cats and dogs medication in pill and liquid forms. I just recently graduated from college and am working part-time so weekdays I am free after 3pm and on weekends I am free all day to take care of your pet. My and your pets safety is most important to me. Whether at your home or out for walks I will work to make sure you pet is in a safe environment.

Growing up, I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and more, so animals have always been a big part of my life. When I do leave my home it is only two miles away to the grocery store or to the gym. I make sure the pets are all hydrated and occupied. Feeding them and cleaning up before and after walks. About: I feel I need to say that I have been gone from Rover for 3 yrs. I am HAPPY TO SAY THAT I AM BACK ON ROVER. I can HONESTLY SAY I HAVE MISSED ALL OF MY FAMILY'S AGAIN AND WELCOME THE NEW ONES!!! I'M VERY EXCITED FOR MY NEW ADVENTURES !!! I've have been around many types of animals from age 8yrs old. I know pretty much about basic proper grooming and handling on alot of different types ( of farm animals and of course home animals). I have helped and done some breading of dogs 15 + yrs. Which you learn and love even more for them.groomed, cropped tails, and dew paws, ear cleanning, some nail trimming. That all depends if my babies are comfortable and will allow me. Can't have no mess ups, besides the babies have to feel comfortable and trust you ...like your own children do. I feed lol still do feed the 14 farrow cats. Have bottle fed and found new homes for them. I'm for sure an animal lover. All types not just dogs & cats. I've cared for here you go: a ball boa...lol yes a snake, rabbits,new born ducks and chicks. Iv cared for a horses twice. lol I'm 5ft 2 inches..haha I really felt short then, but loved every minute. Im just really an animal lover. I care for them as if they were my own babies. Love to spoil them..if allowed too 😊 Ive cared for many animals and loved each one in there own way they allow me to. I enjoy walking, playing with thier favorite toy. 🤗, holding,brushing,bathing,feeding,just plain one loving them...maybe even sneek a treat or two 😉.In both cats and dogs they both love to play fetch. Each animal is so different than the other..just like people are. You need to watch and listen to their wants and needs they actually talk to you in their own way. You just have to pay attention to them. I even took care of a poodle who loved to brush her teeth every time she ate something. So yes haha I brushed them for her. It was just adorable. This tiny little dog running to get her tooth brush and walk back just so proud as can be because she has a tooth brush. Its just so cute!! In all the yes I've never seen this ever before. My dog knew the differenc between slippers and shoes before but not a tooth brush.. lol cute So please set your minds at ease please because your babies will be treated with the utmost care and love and respect with me. I know its scary to leave your babies. I totally understand the way you feel. I just wish you can feel the way my heart feels when I first see your babies, and you will know they were and will be loved ,when you do come back. I am currently working less the part-time way less than part-time. So I have plenty of time to take care of all my babies and your support as I smile saying good I enjoy taking care of it I'm sorry to say as of now I cannot do any boarding at my home. I no longer have a fence backyard my yard is open and I live in a casita at this time.

About: I’m love having dogs and cats feel comfortable around me. I have a small poodle I rescued years ago and 2 wonderful cats. I have a full backyards and 2 side yards that is fully enclosed and a doggie door. I am patient and just love to be with animals. It’s good therapy for anyone and for the dog too. They sense when they’re loved and it’s the best natural medicine a human can have by having animals to nurture, walk, and play with. Looking to build my client list and create a side hustle that doesn’t feel like work either. This is more like therapy for me and the pet! Right now my schedule is very flexible so message me. I am available all hours. Morning, afternoon, evenings, and weekends. 6am-9pm and weekends. I will respect the wishes of the client I have. It would be a discussion to have and making sure it is the right fit for both parties. I have a large backyard and all enclosed and doggie door, and they love being outside at times to run and play. I have a dog park that is walking distance from my home. I keep them leashed and very cautious and respectful of others dogs and the ones I have in my possession to care for.

About: I have owned animals as long as I can remember. As an adult having an animal is having another child. My friends and Family would always ask me to watch there pets while they would leave town because of how caring my heart is. I have plenty of time to help with your pets. I have a job but doing pet setting is a bonus for me. Give me a chance and you won’t regret it. I wouldn’t treat your animals any different then I treat mine. Lots of love, and care. About: Ever since I was born, I have loved animals. I lost my dog this past year and I just want to interact with dogs again because I'm not in a position to have another one right now. I have been around animals for almost my entire life. I've ridden horses for about 17 years and have always been around horses, dogs, cats. I had my mini american eskimo for almost 15 years. She was everything I asked for and more. She was my best friend. She taught me responsibility as a young girl and I'm so grateful my family allowed me to get her. I just want to interact with dogs and help out someone in need because that is extending the owners' love for their pet!

About: I have owned 5 dogs throughout my life and have worked with ARF (Animal Rescue Friends). I started fostering 8 years ago and have worked with a bunch of different litters. The most I worked with at one time would be 6 pups ! During my foster experience I worked on training and around the clock care for dogs. I had an aggressive/fearful mama dog who had 3 pups with her at the time and helped her and her pups find their furever home. I had to give medicine to two different pups, one was for a healing broken jaw and the other was a parvo pup. Both required around the clock care and supervision; they also had special diets they had to stick with as well as medication and fluids that needed to be provided at specific times of the day. Fostering was a big part of my life, and it helped me determine to continue my education; I just finished my program at Pima Medical Institute as of 4/2/19. I worked as an extern at Agua Fria AH for approximately 4 months. Through school and working hands on at a clinic, I've learned all sorts of useful tips and tricks to take care of your fur babies, including CPR, and administration of medicine. I currently work at a doggie day care called Camp Bow Wow, so I constantly work with pups. I can handle calm lap dogs/cats as well as energetic furry goof balls. I am confident that I can provide the attention and time it takes to be sure your animal is properly taken care of, happy and safe. As far as scheduling goes, I will need at least a weeks notice, preferably 2, so we have more then enough time to meet, schedule and work out any questions before the booking. About: Hello, My name is Mia, and I’m sure you have a lot of questions for me- so I’m here to give you a closer look at who I am and my experience with animals! I want you to take comfort in knowing your fur-babies are in good hands, so if you have any questions for me after reading below, please don’t hesitate to shoot me a message! I’m 23 years old, and have been working with and/or around animals my entire life. I was raised on a farm in Issaquah, WA where I learned how to care for all types animals from a young age. When I turned 18, I decided I wanted to pursue a career involving animals and decided to step into the veterinary world. I started out as a receptionist, but have since worked my way up to becoming a veterinary assistant. I’m currently taking online classes to move up to veterinary technician status, with the goal of becoming a veterinarian. In addition to my job as a vet assistant, I spend my weekends volunteering at various animal shelters, and/or horse stables (fun fact- I’ve been riding horses for 15 years!). I joined Rover a few years ago, and have worked with lots of four legged furry friends. I work well with all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and ages of dogs and cats, and have had success in working with timid or special need animals as well (feel free to check my reviews from the owners who have had animals with such needs). I personally have three cats, and one dog at home. My cats are all domestic medium hair and range from sassy to laid back personalities, and my dog is a German shepherd with lots of energy! I have accepted somewhat unusual jobs with lizards, bearded dragons, and house or yard work in addition to caring for your furry friends! I hope this helps you in getting a glimpse into who I am, and I’m excited to meet you and your four legged family members. I’m currently taking a break from my vet assistant duties to focus on schooling, which I do online. This leaves me with plenty of time to spend at Rover job’s, without the fear that your animals will be left alone for lengthy amounts of time. The way I look at how to care for animals is pretty simple. I try to keep their routine as similar to usual as possible, with the exception of myself being there instead of you, their owner. I want all the animals I come across to feel as comfortable as possible, as I know it’s stressful for them to be gone from you for however long you are away. Aka if your cat likes to sit on top of your head while you sleep, I won’t kick them off when they come sit on mine :D
