About: Trained and handled 26 sled dogs for an expedition outfitter in Alaska. Combined 50 year experienced dog owners with a large wooded yard for on and off leash time. We are outdoor oriented so your dog will have plenty of outdoor time. We work independently from home and have a flexible schedule. We can host with short notice and have the ability to integrate your dog in our daily life easily. We will include your dog into our family as we care for our own 11 year old small dog. We love hosting on our small off grid homestead!

I was very nervous about leaving him, but Diana quickly put my mind at ease when she texted me a pic of Oliver sleeping on her couch. I found it so comforting to get her texts of how Oliver was doing throughout our trip. Plus I knew Diana was the best babysitter ever when she thought Oliver's quirks were actually cute. :) She is very easy-going and you can tell she has a calm attitude with the dogs that rubs off on them (and me!) When I picked Oliver up after our trip, he was happy and Diana said he was a good dog and easy to care for. I've never heard that about our cranky old Frenchie before. It warmed this overprotective mom's heart!!! Diana is the best! I highly recommend her!”

“John and Susan were absolutely amazing. my dog Pearl has been with us for five years and we’ve never boarded her out and we’ve never brought her to a doggy daycare or anything like that. I knew I didn’t want to bring my dog to a place that keeps her crated or in a kennel type situation. John and Susan treated Perl the exact way we treat her 💤🛌 sleeping in our bed, sleeping or in our lap, loving us, kissing us, going for walks, cuddle time spoiling her with treats. I would highly recommend John and Susan and little Miss Emily. They were so great with communication to let me know how she was doing, taking pictures and that just helped ease our minds so much…”

Rosie sometimes has socializing issue, but Halle understood my special care requests and Rosie turned out to be a fine guest for a week in their house.
