“Can’t say enough about how great Nikki was with our young golden retriever Mochi! This was the first time leaving Mochi alone after we adopted her during the pandemic. As pet parents we were very hesitant to have anyone new look after her while we were overseas. Nikki’s compassion, warmth, love, and patience was apparent from our first meet and greet. Mochi was house sat for two weeks and Nikki went to great extents to keep us in the loop about everything going on. In fact, Mochi became better at walks which we have Nikki to thank for. I did not feel stressed about Mochi’s safety, security, health, or happiness. Nikki showered Mochi with love and I know I will be reaching out again if I need to travel again. About: I’m currently a student and working from from home and love dogs to my core. I have a 5 year old toy poodle named Mason. He’s so sweet & playful and he’s always looking for another puppy to play with. I have had experience with dogs my entire life, but in college I decided to get one of my own and I have no regrets yet! I will make sure your pet receives endless love and affection, long walks, loads of fun and trips to the dog park to mix and mingle. Safety of your pet is my priority so there’s no need to worry while they’re under my watch. I understand how stressful it can be to find someone you trust with your baby, so I will be sure to keep you updated throughout our day. I enjoy taking photos of my dog and nature so expect pictures updates as well. I am super flexible so for whatever you need, don’t hesitate to ask! I can’t wait to meet you and your pet! I’m available for daily walks, drop in visits and boarding. I work from home so I have the time and flexibility to care for your pet and give them the attention they need throughout the day. I am very respectful of your space and your dog and their’s. Making sure only do what I am advised to and anything outside of that I’d check with the owner prior.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life-my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mnom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding-whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.

About: Always grew up with dogs at home and have experience training puppies. At this time, will only be taking small dogs or dogs that get along well with small dogs. Please also let me know if you do not want your dog given any treats throughout their stay. Working from home and new to the area . Whenever I do need to go out, dogs are never left alone for more than 4 hours. Walks are twice a day or more as needed. Will follow your feeding schedule. I live in an apartment with a fenced patio. We have a dog park on the premises and lots of space indoors for play time.
