“This was our first time using the Rover app and as we were looking through all the prospective dog sitters, we found Rochelle and Robert. We set up a meet and greet at their house and they seemed like a perfect fit for our Kramer. We did a half day trial run to make sure they liked him and it went great! We dropped him off for a 6 day stay while we went on vacation. They were spectacular! He went on long walks everyday, had a blast playing in their big back yard, became best friends with their baby Rudy, and even learned to climb their stairs! Each day they sent us pictures or video, and an update on what all he got to do that day. We couldn't have asked for better pet sitters! Ngan lived right down the street so we asked to come over for a meet and greet and it went well, so we booked it. Max was a little timid and unsure, but we could tell by the daily pictures Ngan sent that he was going to be fine. Ngan was so wonderful and took care of Max so well, we would not hesitate to use her again, and would recommend her to anyone in the Sachse/Wylie area.”
