“Min did an amazing job taking pictures, videos and providing updates on Jenny. Jenny was more calm and well-adjusted when I arrived to pick her up. Her ears were also standing up versus lying down in all the pictures and videos which tells me she’s having a good time. She also had lots of furry friends to play with. Thank you Min!!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alexus was absolutely amazing with Smokey while we were away on our cruise. Smokey can be very nervous and anxious in new situations, and he initially refused to eat, but Alexus was patient, caring, and determined to help him feel comfortable. She showed him so much love and attention, and before long he was settling in and doing much better. One of the things I appreciated most was the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. They gave me tremendous peace of mind and reassured me that Smokey was safe, happy, and receiving excellent care. It was clear from every update that she genuinely cared about his well-being. Honestly, Smokey had a better experience with Alexus than he has ever had at a traditional boarding facility. In fact, when we came home, his greeting was surprisingly underwhelming because he had been having such a great time! I highly recommend Alexus to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and attentive pet sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future.
