Clarity is an elderly, fragile little lap dog who needs a lot of sensitive care and attention. Stephanie listened carefully to her needs and provided her exceptional care. The other dog, Bubba, is tough, strong, highly independent, energetic, and intense, with a prey drive; he loves to play with toys and run fast. Stephanie regularly sent me photos and updates of the fun times he was having in the yard—for example, or of Clarity getting comfy in various spots in her home. Also, I appreciated that on short notice, Stephanie came right over and picked up my dogs. She also dropped them off for me, too, as I requested, so they’d be here to greet me when I arrived home. About: I’m a traveler all over DFW. I treat every cat like the king or queen they are, happily overseeing their own little kingdom. My goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while you’re away by keeping their routine as normal as possible. I make sure fresh water is always available—including placing small water bowls near their favorite resting spots if that’s what they’re used to. I clean the litter box daily, keep food bowls full according to your instructions, put out favorite toys, and I’m even happy to leave the faucet dripping for cats who enjoy running water. Every cat has a unique personality, and I respect that. I give shy cats the space they need and let them decide when they’re ready to approach me. For the social butterflies, I’m always happy to provide playtime, affection, and plenty of cuddles. About: I’ve taken care of pets when I used to live in Hawaii since I was 15. And would often give them baths, walk them, and feed them. I’m currently part time which means I’ll have plenty of time to take care of pets as well as take them on walks or to the park. I’ll often take them on a walk in the morning. I’ll feed them breakfast if that’s in their routine. Play with them in my apartment and then take them out again in the afternoon. I’ll then feed them dinner around 6-7 and then take them out once more.

“Leaving my dogs with someone else for the first time felt a lot like dropping your child off at school for the first day — I was nervous and hesitant about using Rover at first. But after an unexpected situation came up, I’m so grateful we found Van and her family. For three days, they took such amazing care of my dogs. About: I have babysat many of my friends' cats in the past couple years. This past year alone, I have fostered and babysat 15 kitties! One of which I helped give birth. I have cared for kitties of all ages, and love spoiling all of them! Due to my small apartment, I have been mainly caring for cats. I have two golden retrievers of my own and we love going on walks together! I pet sit my neighbors five cats anytime they go to vaca so I have all the experience of pet sitting others furry friends!! I am currently a full time student at the University of Arkansas so my weekday afternoon are pretty full but I am happy to take a doggie on a walk after my classes, after 3 most days, and completely open on the weekends to sit and walk and play with your animals!! Being in a college apartment, I am unable to have them stay with me at my place but I am more than happy to come sit at your lovely home and take them on walks and to doggie parks! I had a Great Dane back home so very comfortable walking big and little dogs on a leash.

Whenever we drop her off she's wagging her and tail and excited to see Melissa again! Melissa and her boyfriend are very active, they are always taking Collins on long walks or hikes. They send lots of pictures and keep me in the loop about how Collins is doing. They have also been really flexible with pick up and drop off and even dropped Collins off at our house one time when we couldn't be there to pick her up.
