As a first time user of Rover, I was beyond nervous to leave my dog with a stranger for a week. You can never prepare enough for that but Rachel was the perfect person to leave him with. With constant updates and pictures as well as just great genuine care for Bucky after a great meet and greet; We will definitely be using her services again. My pup absolutely loved his stay!
Frances was incredibly attentive, caring, and responsive. From the start, she made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pup Porky under her care (it was my first time leaving my dog with someone). During the stay, she constantly sent me pics of Porky and kept me updated on his well-being. She also asked me many questions to make sure my pup was comfortable, including ones related to his routines, his eating habits, or any allergies. I could tell Frances genuinely cares and loves dogs. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend her. I will certainly be a returning customer!
Amanda took amazing care of our dog Luna while we were away! She kept me updated, gave Luna lots of love and attention, and made us feel completely at ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Kodak. She took care of him like he was part of her own family, and it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Brian is a great sitter. He provided videos and pictures of Buster every day we were out of town. He had two mini dachshunds for your pet to play and companionship while you’re away. If you’re needing a place for your furry family member I would highly recommend Brian and would repeat if ever we need a sitter in future.
Having worked with a number of Rover caregivers, Ann-Marie finally meets the criteria I’m looking for. Banshee, our GSD, actually looked happy in the pictures and when we picked her up. Getting fed and receiving meds is easy, but it looked like she was more at home than other houses she has been in.
Mario was absolutely incredible. As someone that was weary because of past experiences with people watching my dogs and how important they are to me, Mario eased all my worries, answered all my questions, sent me daily updates of my boys and took exceptional care of them. I would recommend him to my loved ones and will absolutely be using his services again
Charlie came back clean and happy! The pictures and videos showed how relaxed he was with the family. Also helped me relax knowing he was in a good place! Not all are unfortunately! But he will be back with Mayra next month when I go out of town and would highly recommend her and her family with your pets!
