About: I have worked for 11 years in the dog/cat industry with one of the largest kennels in St. Louis. I started out as a runner and worked my way up t Facility Manager. I also worked in our grooming department providing baths, nail clipping/filing, teeth brushing and light trimming of sone dog furnishings. I have handled numerous breeds and sizes. I currently have three dogs; Charlotte a 12 year old Beagle, Homer a 6 year old Beagle/Coonhound, Eugene a 1 year old Beagle/American Foxhound. We also have Jager, my 4 year old Black Lab grandpup. I am an early riser and my dog’s day starts early as well. They have a regular schedule eating and potty time. They also attend a local Day Camp for weekly play with other pups. I am able to leave them at home for several hours a day. I am not currently offering pet care in my home. However, I respect another person’s home as if it were my own. I ask that the client has an assigned location for all pet walking needs as well as a location for drop in needs such as food and treats. If a pet has had any potty accidents inside the home, I will definitely clean up any “ accidents “ that I should come into.
About: I had two dogs growing up which gave me a lot of experience taking care of pets. And when I wasn't to bring any more pets home, I turned to petsitting. This gave me more experience working with cats. Flexible work and fully remote school schedule! This makes pet care during the day possible for me. I am able to accommodate your pet's schedule as well. I am and always have been an animal lover. I would be taking care of your pet as if they were my own to ease their stress as well.

About: Hi! Thanks for looking at my profile. I’m Karah. I first began pet/house sitting when I was living in Ecuador from 2012-16. I am well practiced with dogs of all sizes, cats of many temperaments, and critters ranging from fishes to bearded dragons. I also have lots of garden care, as well as, indoor plant care experience. I am currently working part time at a craft store. As such I can be with your critters for most of the day. Everyone will be well looked after and let out, walked, given specific care, et al. I am not able to keep pets in my own home. I have my own two dogs and a cat who claims his own space.
About: I’ve had animals all my life from seniors to littler of puppies. I’ve been to classes to teach and have taken care of multiple pets through hospice. I’ve raised a hand full of litters and pride myself on a loving and fun home for my animals! I can fit almost any Animal within my schedule and around my other small pup! About: NOTE: I am only available for drop ins from 6 am-7:30 am and 4:45 pm-10 pm, Monday thru Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are much more flexible. I provide a 5 star experience for all doggies. They will enjoy a scrumptious meal prepared by me. Then they will have all inclusive belly rubs and long walks. Their evening will consist of treats and retiring to the couch or bed where they will get a good night's sleep. If just being checked on or walked, they will enjoy their time playing and being rewarded for being a good boy or girl with delicious treats. I promise to take care of your furr babies as if they were my own. I have always owned dogs and they are seriously the best kind of companion, paws down! I currently have 2 pups and a cat.

About: Hello! I have previously built a small dog sitting clientele in the city of Columbia between the years of 2017-2019. In 2019 I moved to STL and worked through Rover for about two more years until I got a full time job. Currently dipping my toes back into pet care! Although I am in St. Louis I am willing to travel to areas including, but not limited to; St. Charles, Wentzville, O'Fallon, etc. My set days off are Sunday and Monday. I do still currently have a fulltime job, so for the time being I will only be able to do drop in visits and walks. I am comfortable working with either dogs or cats. I have a 4 year old orange cat that I rescued at just 2 weeks old, so I have experience working with very small kittens as well. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! I work about 30 hours a week, but will not let this effect how I care for your pet! My days off are always Sunday and Monday, and I am available at anytime either of those days, as well as most evenings and certain mornings. I unfortunately cannot offer services in my own home, but I am more than willing to provide pet watching in the clients home. I am able to do drop in visits, feedings, hair brushes, playtime, walks or whatever your pet needs while you're at work or just out for the day.

I have a steady weekday class schedule from 10:00 AM to 3.00 PM, Monday through Friday. I double-check all door locks, security alarms, and property gates before leaving, and I send clear photo updates and text check-ins after every single visit to give you complete peace of mind.

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
