About: I started in the veterinary field at the age of 15 as a kennel technician and cross trained in the clinic as a veterinary assistant. I then went to school for animal/veterinary science and graduated with valuable skills and education. After school I went into zookeeping where i cared for a variety of taxa including but not limited to carnivores and hoofed animals. After leaving the field and changing careers, I became a foster home for Oh My Dog Rescue based in the Des Moines IA area. As a Retail Manager my schedule is not consistent however I guarantee that I will check on your animals a minimum of twice per day unless otherwise agreed upon. I do best house/petsitting for clients who leave detailed instructions and emergency contacts. I bring structure and high quality care to the table in every home I enter.

About: I have had or have been taking care of dogs for the last 15 years. I have experience walking, playing with, feeding, limited training, and giving medication to a wide variety of dogs of all sizes I am a recent college graduate and starting graduate school in the fall. I have a pretty open and flexible schedule to take care of your pet needs. About: Are you looking for a more personal dog sitting experience rather than kennel? I will keep to your dog's routine with feeding schedules and outside breaks. I have two of my own spoiled dogs and a well behaved 12 year old son. We live in a few acres with a large privacy fenced backyard with plenty of room to play! I can give your pet lots of love and attention, and outside play time! I work at a local vet clinic taking care of many different animals with a variety of needs (including medication). I am very easy to contact, if necessary. I have references available upon request! I can't wait to meet you and your fur family- always open to meet and greets but up to your comfort level :) I prefer a weeks notice to adjust scheduling. Your dog must be dog and cat friendly. Outside breaks are offered in the morning, afternoon, early evening and evening. Breaks are typically 15-20 minutes or more but also dependent on weather. Feeding schedule can be 1-3 times a day. I have a six foot privacy fence and latched gates. All doors are locked when I'm away from home and at night. We're in the country away from any busy roads.

I am intentional and ask questions when learning from owners how to best interact with their pet(s). I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats, up to two of each at the same time. So I have plenty of time to give your baby attention! I have a fenced in privacy fence for your baby to run around. They will get plenty of pets, belly rubs and healthy homemade treats.

About: I grew up around dogs & cats of all kinds! I have been a solo pet owner for 8+ years & have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 birds in my home. I am able to care for reactive dogs, diabetic cats/dogs, and know how to operate an E/Collar. I work for Rover because being around animals is a passion of mine & I am always open to helping out! I have flexible hours during my work week (between 7AM-11AM and 2PM-9PM specifically) and I am available on weekends! Anytime after 6pm, I can be there for your pets. I live in a central enough location, so travel to different parts of the metro easy! If I come to your home to care for your pets, I am an avid runner & am sure to get those pups out & active. I am comfortable using treats as incentive & have worked with my own dog through reactivity, so ensuring your pet feels safe is important to me! If your pet stays in my home, I live close to Gray's Lake & Waterworks Park.. making it easy for us to get out and explore. For cats that may come stay with me, we've got large windows & a cat hammock for lounging!

About: I have dog sat my friend’s dog, her aunt’s dog, and my sister’s dog. Dog sizes range from small to large. I love taking dogs for walks. I also love snuggles just as much. :) I would be available Thursday night after 5:30 to Sunday evenings. I currently work all day Monday, Tuesday/Thursday afternoons (12:30-5:30), and Wednesday mornings (7-12). I am off on Fridays. I live in a secure condominium. The front and side doors are both locked on the building at all times. Only homeowners have keys. I have stayed in other people’s houses as well. I always make sure to leave the house looking clean when I’m done dog sitting. That way you don’t have to worry about cleaning up after me upon returning home.
