About: I've taken care of animals since I was 12 years old, as well as having 2 cats and a pitbull/lab mix at home. My friends, family, and neighbors have always entrusted me with the care of their pets, as I've always been told I "have a way" with animals. I have experience training and dog-sitting small puppies as well as many different big and small dog breeds. I have experience with and love working with cats as well! About: I have been pet sitting since I was a teenager. I can take care of cats or dogs and will love them like they are my own! Animals are my passion in life and I love to spend my free time taking care of them. I work Monday-Thursday but am available after 5:00PM on those days and any time Fridays and Saturdays. I currently have two cats of my own who I love to spend my time with as well. I am experienced in safely harnessing, walking and crating dogs. I have worked in the veterinary field since 2021; receptionist, boarding team, assistant, and manager. I am certified to do therapy exercises with dogs and similar pets. I have experience with medically complex/special needs pets. One of my current dogs are dog-selective and I have had fear-free training, which makes me comfortable with animals who need behavioral accommodations. I am comfortable medicating pets (oral, topical, and injectable). I do work full time, but when ever I am not at work and I am able to take care of more animals I will! As long as our schedules match I can care for your pet. I do not have the ability to care for pets in my house. But in your home I can follow any rules/schedules to make sure your pet is comfortable, medically taken care of, and happy! I am comfortable using the following tools: crates, harness, gentle leaders, prong collars, training collars, and different procedures required for medication administration.
About: I have had cats and dogs growing up. I would play fetch with my dogs all the time and just hang with my cats watching TV I work full time at a hospital but I do get Tuesdays off every week and don't work ever other weekend and every other friday With living in town I do leash my dogs when she does come down from my mom's. About: During my youth I was surrounded by all sorts of animals. My dad took in cats and my mom fostered dogs. Living in the country, a few of my friends had farms with an assortment of animals. My junior and senior year of high school I moved to Tennessee and enrolled in 4-H. My family started a little farm of our own. Which included goats and chickens. I had planned to go to veterinary school. I ended up having to move back to New York. There were a few animals that stuck out to me while growing up. First my all black main coon. She was my first animal. A Rottweiler named Brutus, he ate every left shoe. My first ever coon hound mix. His name was Eli. During my middle school times I received two mastiff pit bull puppies for Christmas. I raised both of them. Once they were trained, one of them was given to my great grandfather as a companion. The other stayed with me until my father’s dog passed and he eventually took my dog. They are ever happy together. After high school I spent most of my time working. Making ends meet. From waitressing to working at a hospital as a patient care technician. May of 2025 I moved to Georgia and was expecting a little boy in August. My mother does rover and she had gifted me the information to maybe help my situation. I had a few under the table clients down in Georgia and I found that I throughly enjoyed spending time with animals. I remember why I wanted to go to veterinary school. Come August of 2025 I had my son. Fast forward to now(2026) I’m back in NY and would love to find some new fury friends. I can be very flexible. I do have a baby that would most likely come with me. He is good around animals. We have a German shepherd Akita at home and I would never allow anything to happen. Setting boundaries and keep the separation is always a priority. If that’s not a problem, I can come by any time of the day. I have reliable and consistent transportation. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
