About: I have a lifetime of experience with pet care, which began with helping my mom run her in-home dog boarding business when I was growing up. The skills and experience that I've gained in that time enable me to provide the best possible care for your pet. I live with my girlfriend who is a veterinary technician with over 15 years of experience. Ours is a loving home, with a large, securely fenced yard. Our top priority is to keep your dog safe, feeling comfortable, and relaxed, just as they would be in their own home. I offer boarding, walks, in home visits, and more. I am comfortable giving meds, preparing special diets, and caring for puppies as well as seniors. I used to train and show dogs when I was younger, and can help get your puppy off on the right foot with house training. Dog sitting is my only job, and my flexible schedule revolves around that. I can be available at any reasonable time for pick-up and drop off appointments. I'm home almost all of the time to be with the dogs, only leaving to run brief errands when necessary. All dogs are cared for in my home. I have a large, securely fenced in back yard. During the day, dogs are free to be outside to play in the backyard as much as they wish. All dogs sleep in large crates or X-pens in our comfortable dog room at night, or when we are not home. We have a young cavalier who would be happy to have new friends to play with. For safety, I separate dogs for feeding and if we're out of the house, although it's rare that no one is home. Guests need to like other dogs and people.

“Kiara took such a great care of Max! She also saved our lives as she took our last minute request after the pet sitter booked weeks in advance cancelled 30 minutes prior to drop off. Kiara came to the rescue and even picked up max in no time. We had a tournament out of the state and Kiara helped us loving our dog as if he was hers. She sent several pictures and kept us updated all the time. I will definitely let max again with her. :)”
