So we thought three different friends could watch him, but each one at the last minute, for very valid reasons, cancelled the day before we were to leave. So scrambling we found THE MOST WONDERFUL PET SITTER, Adolfo. Not only did he agree to watch our Odie, but he also calmed me down before we left. Adolfo having fostered, was wonderful with Odie. We were worried Odie would regress to his skittishness being boarded, he had come so far in the month we had him. But Odie came home more confident and more easy and relaxed. Adolfo is a true Dog Whisperer.”

And the cherry on top: I could immediately see some of the training Harley implemented with Polly, which was very appreciated as we settled back in to the daily grind back in St. Louis after the trip. About: I have always been passionate about animal care, specifically dogs. I have 3.5 years of veterinary technician experience and have also worked at boarding facilities such as Pet Paradise. I am a student at Saint Louis University majoring in Biology, furthering my education in animal behavior. I enjoy jogging in my spare time, and have the stamina needed to play with or jog with pets. I am available on weekends during the day and most evenings. There’s nothing I love more than taking care of pets! I look forward to taking care of your fur babies! I am a current graduate student, and therefore am working several hours a day during the week, but I am available most nights and on the weekends anytime! I am a helicopter parent when it comes to my own dog, and treat other pets with the same level of care and caution. I love sending pictures (if allowed) to ensure great care, and frequently keeps owners updated on how their fur babies are doing.

About: I've had 2 shih tzus (who recently both passed away at almost 16 years old), so I love small dogs (and any and all sweet pups!) I also have a calico cat, who is very sweet. Any pet who stays with us should be cat-tolerant, and also they should be OK with kids. I also have 2 kids (a 7 year old and toddler) who love animals. Please, no aggressive animals, as we do not have experience. House trained pets, please. I work from home, and I am almost always home, except for errands, to take my kids to extra circular classes. We are never out of the house for more than a few hours at a time. I have a fenced backyard, but there are steps to go down it. Pets can roam freely at the house. We can also crate your pet if they are more comfortable sleeping in the crate. But they are free to jump on couches, beds, and furniture. We have baby gates to keep pets out of unsafe areas.

About: The doggy door is the best thing about my place — your dog decides when to be outside, into a fully fenced yard. My young goldendoodle will happily play all day. Nights are crated unless your dog does better otherwise; I'll match whatever they're used to. I work full-time, mostly in the office. But my kitchen has a doggy door leading to a fully fenced backyard, so your dog can come and go as they please all day. I also have a 1.5-year-old doodle who gets along well with other dogs and is happy to play or nap, depending on the mood. Evenings and weekends, we walk the neighborhood, play fetch in the backyard, or head to a park or dog café for some socializing. Treats and cuddles to end the day. A fenced yard and a built-in doodle playmate to keep your fur baby company. I crate at night- let me know if your dog isn't used to that. I feed twice a day and give treats throughout, or whatever schedule you'd like, just tell me what your dog is used to.
