Kathryn was so amazing! She constantly sent photos and updates of Benny. She even was concerned with me getting back home late and if she needed to swing by at all to let her know. Cristal went above and beyond repeatedly for my boys. I have two senior large breed dogs, and they’re a lot. One has ivdd and has eaten 90% of his tail and repeatedly tries to get to it to chew more off, as well as some GI issues right now and Cristal expressed so much concern and care for his wellbeing while I attended my brothers wedding. She did such a good job that my girlfriend was jealous that she was taking care of the dogs and not her haha, silly I know. But I could not recommend anyone more than I would Cristal. An exceptional human being and incredibly caring pet sitter.
We could not have asked for a better person to watch our two little ones when we went away for an extended period of time. Not only did she send amazing pictures and made sure they were getting enough love, but she was invaluable during a particularly stressful period of time when both of our cats automatic feeders went off-line, and we couldn’t figure it out remotely. Out of the kindness of her heart, she went back to our apartment multiple times to ensure that the cats were fed, she truly went above and beyond for them, and I can’t imagine asking anyone else to watch over our cats.

Diem was wonderful with our kitten. She arrived when she said she would and kept his food and water full and litter box clean. She also send many many wonderful pictures. Already in process of booking her again for next month and you can really tell she loves animals.
