“This week was our first time using Rover for our kitties and we are so happy with the great job Sydney did! I gave lots of instructions because one of our cats recently fell sick and we were very nervous to leave her, but Sydney made us feel much more at ease! I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone else looking for a great sitter for their pet babies:)”

“I really appreciated the updates and how well he tended to my cat. I definitely will have him sit Miko again next time. His experience combined with the ease of communication gave me peace of mind that Miko was in good hands.”

“10/10! So happy with my experience with Hollie! She kept me updated with pictures and messages for the entire visit. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient, totally went above and beyond for my pets. Thank you so much for taking care of them so well :)”

“Eric is definitely my No.1 sitter choice! He was caring and followed all the instructions we left for him. He communicated throughout his visits. I would highly recommend Eric to watch your fur buddies!!!!”

“Faith took amazing care of my dogs while I was away! I had her pop in twice a day to let the dogs out and feed them, and she was punctual for every visit. The dogs were happy in every photo that she sent to me. Overall would definitely rebook with Faith when I go out of town again.”

“Allison was great! I booked her very last minute, and she still made time to come over to do a greet and meet. She’s clearly a dog lover, and our pups instantly fell in love with her. And very affordable rates! 10/10 would rebook in the future!”

“Claudia did a wonderful job checking in on my girl! She came and met my pup beforehand, and provided photos and updates during her visits. We’d love to book her again!”
“Sarah did a great job. I could see the smile on my dogs face with the great pictures shared on each visit and that put me at ease while I was away. Sarah was communicative, responsible, and followed all care instructions for my quirky, stubborn, loving Bulldog!”

About: I’ve always had a special connection with animals and love caring for them. I was raised by a veterinary technician and accompanied my mom to the vet clinic when I was a toddler. She was always fostering dogs and I loved the looks on peoples faces when I told them I lived with 20 dogs at one point. I followed in her foot steps and worked at vet clinics throughout my high school and college years with the goal to become a veterinarian. I stopped at a bachelors in biology for my goals have changed, but my love for animals has never changed. I currently work for a vaccine clinic and pet sit for friends/family often carrying the knowledge my mom and other veterinary coworkers have taught me. I have experience in recognizing animal emotions and abnormal behavior. I can respond efficiently to emergencies. I can administer medications and adhere to special guidelines when it comes to disabled or senior pets. Having lived in a multi pet home, I can keep pets separated if needed for safety. My dog was not friendly with other animals, so know what it’s like to pay attention to environment on walks, etc. I don’t mind cleaning up often, accidents happen. I recently lost my baby to kidney disease. I miss having her around but am not ready for another dog. I would love to care for other pets! I work part time: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 9am-1pm and Saturdays 8am-3pm. I would love to spend my free time loving and caring for animals. I loved spoiling my dog and others with lots of love. My dog shared a bed with me, using a blanket and pillow like a human. She always got a bite of my food, if safe, and was never low on treats. She often got a new toy, for she destroyed them quick. I enjoyed sitting outside with her so she could sunbathe. For more activity, I took her on walks around the neighborhood or nearby trails. A car ride for a pup cup is something I don’t mind doing. When caring for family/friends pets I always ensure to give extra loving and patience, for they are probably wondering where their owners are.
About: i’ve had fur babies my whole life, and they’ve always meant so much to me and feel like part of the family. i mainly grew up around a lot of cats haha but there’s always been dogs as well, my cat ashy i’ve had since i was 13 years old, he’s 8 years old now and he’s one of the best things to ever happen to me. i think of him as my son, and im not even exaggerating, i joke that he came out of my womb all the time! 2 years ago i adopted a puppy, a big ole great pyronees from a rescue program while i worked in doggy daycare and he’s absolutely wonderful, his name is merlin! he’s my other baby boy🩷 i’m a bit of a rambler, haha. but i have experience working professionally with dogs, i treat every dog as if they were my own and i love them all. i know everyone probably says that but one of my biggest beliefs is that animals are precious, they can’t have hatred or be mean, they’re just like us but filled with endless unconditional love and support. i can sense signs of mental health issues with animals such as anxiety and depression with their body language and other behaviors, i know how to look out for diseases such as bloat and kennel cough and what to do in those situations. im more informed of these things with dogs due to working in an all dog daycare, but having a cat of my own has taught me how to read body language of cats as well, and how to tell if they’re in any pain. i know how to treat minor wounds on dogs as well. my baby merlin before i adopted him was living with another dog who attacked him which left him with a wound on his wrist, and was not taken care of properly by his current foster parent. when i got him i made sure day after day and night after night that it was properly sterilized, and wrapped tight and checking in to make sure he wouldn’t chew off the bandage. this is just a (relatively long) glimpse into my experience with caring for animals! i’m currently unemployed so i have all the time you need! i’m hoping to work with pets professionally again but would be happy to do this full time if im able to. and if theres any changes in my schedule i will immediately update this and let you know as soon as possible so easy for you to have time to find another sitter if needed! i haven’t professionally pet sitted yet outside of the occasional pet sitting of my moms dog and cat, i was given a very complex schedule and instructions for them and did it happily! they needed their food a very certain way and i was able to achieve that even while being yelled at by a hungry kitty while making his breakfast and dinner. scheduled times to play and take out her dog, rosie, (my sister haha) and of course play times inbetween and lots and lots of cuddle sessions! i care for my pets in my own way too, i won’t be having client pets in my home due to having my own. i love playing with my ashy and merlin, merlin’s a little scared of ashy despite being 10x his size but they love to attempt to play despite their size difference until one of them gets a little annoyed haha.

About: I have experience taking care of family, neighbors, and friends pets. This includes cats, dogs, exotic animals, fish, and farm animals. Your pet's well being is my first priority! I just finished up a veterinary assistant school program. I am preparing to move to college station in 2 months. In the meantime I am volunteering at animal rescues, serving my local cat population, and volunteering at a bat refuge. Even then, I have an excess amount of free time. When I am in a clients home I respect a pet's space by reading their body langauge. I honor their basic needs and make sure that they get some quality time and love. If a pet has any special needs I am more than happy to accommodate. I love to learn new things!
“This was my first experience with River, and Brittney was great. She came over for a meet and greet days in advance, and she instantly clicked with our pups. She always communicated promptly and professionally. Highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve been the resident dog sitter in my friend group for the last decade. I typically stay in their homes so the animals can stay in their own comfortable environment! I love taking them on walks or just laying around the house together! Looking forward to meeting your furry friends! I work from home so if I am sitting at yours, all I need is a WiFi connection and I can be present and attentive! I live in an apartment but have a schedule which allows for regular playtime and potty breaks! If I stay at your house you also may see some clean counters and organized fridge (bit of a tidy upper :))
About: Hey yall! My name is Dorothy and I'm a Florida transplant enjoying my time exploring Texas! I'm a lifelong animal lover with plenty of experience caring for pets, including fostering animals in need. At home, I have a sweet cat named Cairo and an energetic puppy named Pharaoh, who loves making new friends. I treat every pet as if they're my own, providing lots of love, playtime, and attention. Whether your furry family member needs care, cuddles, or a playmate, I'm here to help and make them feel at home! I've decided to take pet sitting on as I'm saving up to go back to school this year! After losing my mom to cancer back in April 25, I've found myself reignited to go back to school and complete the nursing program. I'd love to reach my goals in my favorite way, being surrounded by loving furry babies who I can pour attention and love into. Excited to work with you 💕🥰 Looking forward to meeting your pets! I work full time from home so I have plenty of time and attention to give to your sweet babies 🤍 They'll get plenty of walks and potty breaks! I make dog park runs twice a day as there is a park right next to my home. My community has a dog park, walking trail 6 mins away, and I have a fenced in porch area to hang out outside when the weather is nice! I don't have any kids and my home is kept clean so no chances of your babies eating something or getting hurt 🤍

Was so patient with my anxious pup. She was able to gain her trust and successfully walk her. So communicative and a pleasure to speak to. I will be booking anytime I’m out of town and she’s available. She sent lots of pics and a sweet message when my dog finally allowed her to slip on the leash! 100/10 🤩🤩🤩

Samuel has been sitting for both our dog and cat for over a year and has been wonderful. We have used him for home boarding and drop in visits at our home in the west side and he is always great with communication, reliable, and does great with our pets. We have been very satisfied!

Karen was absolutely wonderful and I could not recommend her enough as a pet sitter! She cared for my anxious cat and really took her time to accommodate to her feeding schedule and encourage plenty of playtime. This was my first time leaving my cat with anyone for a week and Karen easily exceeded my expectations and calmed my nerves! She took her time to understand my cat and her quirks and even went out of her way to buy her treats. She also constantly updated me and sent many videos and pictures which I absolutely loved. I will most definitely be rebooking again with her in the future. My cat is safe, healthy, and happy, and it’s all thanks to Karen!😄

Jeremiah has been taking care of my baby girl (cat) for a few years now. I have full confidence in him. Even as she has grown older and needed to take medications, Jeremiah has adapted to her feeding schedule and made sure she gets her medicine. I am so grateful I found a sitter I can trust and rely on.

Brenda was an absolute professional when taking care of my pets. She was on time, caring and went above and beyond my expectations. We will 100% ask for her help in the future. She was wonderful. Thank you for taking care of our babies! It takes sooooo much pressure off of leaving them knowing someone so kind is caring for them.
