About: I offer personalized, one-on-one care in a calm home environment—no kennels, just comfort. Your dog will be free to roam, lounge on furniture, and enjoy peaceful walks around town on the beaches or golf cart trail. I am home full-time, so your pup will be supervised and loved around the clock! We have a semi-fenced yard that gives dogs plenty of outdoor time, and for added safety and freedom, we use a secure lead and a heavy-duty stake rated for dogs up to 125 lbs. It’s perfect for supervised sunbathing, sniffing around, and soaking up the breeze. My partner also plays a big role in making your dog feel welcome. He works locally and loves greeting our furry guests when he’s home. In the evenings, we often take relaxed family walks with our dog, Willow—a gentle, friendly lab mix who’s great at helping new dogs settle in. With experience caring for puppies, seniors, and everything in between, I’m attentive to medication schedules, gentle leash guidance, and crate comfort (I have both soft and hard crates available if your dog prefers the comfort of their own dedicated sleeping space). Our resident pupper, Willow, keeps things lively and helps visiting dogs feel right at home. In the mornings, we enjoy a walk or some time in the yard using our secure lead and 125-lb rated stake setup. Throughout the day, your pup can lounge indoors on the couch or bed, hang out with me while I work, and get lots of love and attention. My home is pet friendly and we have a dog ottoman, our back yard is partially fenced but we have a stake rated for 125lb dogs with a 50ft lead in the front and back of the house. Im experienced in giving cats, dogs and ferrets medication for health issues they have had in the past. I’m not expert in everything, but I’m not afraid to learn! I’ve been working since I was 14, it has made me more responsible, reliable, and determined. I have two cats, and one ferret, I'm fully responsible for them. About: I have worked at a dog boarding kennel/shelter for over two years where I have gained a huge amount of skills and experience caring for dogs. On a daily basis I walk, feed, medicate, bathe, clean up after, and cuddle with dogs of every size and temperament. Additionally, I've worked at farms and owned quite a few fur-babies of my own so I'm quite comfortable caring for all sorts of animals including cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, rabbits, fish, chickens, parrots, horses, goats, donkeys, and more! About: Hi! I’m Charlie and I’d be honored to help you with your pet needs. I have fostered 17 dogs, mostly seniors, from mid-size to xl and a whole range of breeds, temperaments and quirks! I understand that each dog has their own unique personality and have become adept at reading dog body language and helping them feel safe and comfortable with me. I have had my beautiful fur buddy (pictured) for 12 glorious years, together we have gone through puppy socialization classes and dog obedience training, (not to mention a transatlantic flight, 3 house moves & 5 deployments). He is a 12yo German shepherd, who has taught me how to be a kind, patient leader and how to work with headstrong, intelligent dogs. In 2022 the universe decided we needed another dog and we ended up with Blitz, a Siberian husky that has had a very hard life, after the family we were fostering him for decided they didn’t want him back and we couldn’t find anyone in the market for a “husky with issues”. Growing up with 2 dogs and 3 cats I am most happy when I can share space with animals. I have previous experience with dog walking and house visits for cats. I would love to meet, become friends with and help out with your fur-friend and will take care of them with diligence, love and joy. I look forward to meeting your family! I am available for dog walking and house calls weekdays, between 9.30-3. Weekends and evening walks and house visits can be arranged on an individual basis. We live on 8 wooded acres, perfect for exercise and olfactory stimulation for your pup. I have two senior pups that are used to sharing their space with other dogs and two respectful children that love dogs whilst also being great at respecting their boundaries (they have experienced all manner of foster dogs with their varied personalities and needs). I can accommodate crating if necessary but as I am home most of the day it is unlikely they will be crated unless you specifically request it. I don’t have a fenced yard, so if your dog is an escape artist then our space may not be best for them, but for most dogs this just means fun stimulating walks, instead of yard time. We do plan to add a fenced area in the future.
