“Kerstin is wonderful! She stayed with our two pups and kept us updated while we were away, and went above and beyond by coming back to check in on our girls and feed them when our flight connections failed and our homecoming was delayed. My husband and I are grateful she looked after our dogs so well, she made us all feel like family.”

“Melinda is one of the BEST dog sitters I have ever had! Not only did she take amazing care of Louie, my cranky old pup, she kept me informed about his daily activities and noticed that he was shaking his head and might have an ear infection, which tells me she was extremely aware of his actions. On top of being so loving and caring to Louie, she left my house cleaner than I left it! Melinda is a kind, compassionate and professional, and I am over the moon to have such a wonderful dog sitter!”

“Natalie was amazing! I felt so safe leaving my two kitties in her hands. She gave me through updates and pictures every day, including how they were eating and general activity levels. I could tell my cats really enjoyed having her there. She also went above and beyond cleaning my place before she left! Safe to say I’ll be booking with Natalie again ☺️”

“Excellent as always, thank you Joel. Loki is always a relaxed, happy boy when we get home. We've already booked Joel for 3 more house/dog sits.”

“Doh was great! She took great care of our pups while we were out of town. She was very communicative and sent lots of updates. Will definitely be booking her again!”

“Our fur baby, who is a neurotic mess, seemed so much less stressed than other dog-sitting and kennel stays. Brittney took lots of pics. The house was in the same condition when we left - so she was clean.”

“Carlos is a very straightforward guy, it was very smooth to work with him. He stayed at our house and cared for our 78 pounds dog as well as a demanding cat. He left the house clean. Throughout his stay he was in contact with us with pics and updates about the pets. I'll definitely book him again in future.”

“Izabella was awesome! I could tell Erby liked her right away! She sent updates, and walked Erby, played with him and watched Dog TV. 🐶. She was also great with Tiger the cat! I will call Izabella on our next adventure! Thanks again for taking good care of our fur babies”

“She was amazing with my dog!!! She will always take care of Pepper :)”

About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs for over 6 years now. I have watched pets for neighbors, friends and family because I’m a super reliable and friendly person. I'm a student on summer break so my schedule is entirely free/flexible to meet your own needs. I can take on pet sitting almost on a daily/day of basis because I'm pretty free. I live with my partner and two cats. We have an empty spare bedroom and a backyard that is fenced and gated. Your pet would be allowed to roam the house unless you'd prefer they be secluded from cats in spare bedroom or garage or even outdoors for hours at a time. I am here to work with you and your pet needs.

“Dayja did an amazing job watching my senior dog. She is timely, communicative, and flexible. Her experience in the pet care industry gave me a ton of confidence that she could administer meds and assess any issues that arose. I highly recommend her and would use her again.”

“Once again, Whitney provided stellar house and dog sitting for us while we went on vacation. We have used Whitney multiple times and she is the best in the business. Responsible, excellent communication, fabulous dog walker, loving care for our dogs and all around excellent service! We are always able to fully enjoy our time away knowing Whitney is taking care of everything!”

About: Hi! I have many years of experience watching dogs and there has never been a time there wasn’t at least one dog in my house my entire life. I have a love for all breeds and sizes of dogs I do work an hourly restaurant job during the day so I cannot be around all day for your pet but I can be around for many visits throughout the day for optimal play time and walk time many times a day, making your home my first stop in the morning and my last stop in the evening I do all of my dog sitting in the dogs home as it is where the dog is most comfortable and I have a dog myself at home without enough room to have a visiting dog stay

“Kristie was awesome with Nexa. I hope I will be able to book with her again in the future”

“Aicha did very well with our dogs. They seemed to like her after they got to know her. And when our outing lasted longer than we expected she offered to stay later till we got back. We will look her up next time we are in the area. Highly recommended.”

About: I've been raised around animals my whole life, taken care of many dogs and loved every single one of them. I have experience in stubborn animals, and adore playful ones too, all animals deserve love no matter age, shape or size and I'd love to give your pets some love! I'm currently working through veterinary school, I work from home and find the house is oddly quiet without some critters playing around. I'm free 24/7 365! I respect their boundaries, animals are no different than humans and they deserve to be respecte, if an animal does not want to be played with, pet, or be around me, I won't bother it outside of feeding and potty time. I like to stay gentle with pets because after all they are in a new place and I know I get nervous when I'm in a new place too! I'll make sure all your pets are safe, comfortable and happy in my care!

About: I grew up in a pet-friendly house. My childhood dogs were our steadfast Doberman, Buck Thorn, and our hyper but loving Australian Shepherd, Shayneh -along with my cat, Pixel (who lived to be 24 years old!). From an early age I was tasked with walking and feeding our dogs, and cleaning up after them. Pixel was “my” cat because she truly imprinted on me and only chose to sleep in my bedroom - she even moved with me when I left my childhood home. When we adopted Shayneh as a puppy, I was the one who took the time to teach her commands and agility tricks even though I was only a kid. As an adult, my first order of business after buying my first house, was to adopt a dog. I found a one year old Border Collie Aussie mix that I instantly fell in love with. I named her Calliope, Callie for short. Callie was my nonstop companion for the next 13 years and she went from being a semi-wild stray from Eastern Oregon to being so well-trained and talented that people would always stop to ask me what I did to train her so well. After she passed, I filled the giant hole in my heart by pet-sitting and walking other people’s fur babies and over time, grew a pretty solid clientele of regulars, both dogs and cats. I am now back in my hometown of Sacramento and hoping to reestablish myself. I have a few dogs I care for regularly, as well as a steady stream of cats I provide drop-in care for. My specialty is dog-walking. I make sure energetic pups get long, fast-paced walks and take my time with elder and small dogs. I allow lots of time for sniffs and fully immerse the dogs in their neighborhood. I provide half-day dog adventures and hikes. I provide training to the dogs I walk to improve leash skills and encounters with other people and dogs. I am very intuitive and sensitive to dog behavior, and pride myself on being able to really communicate and connect with the animals in my care. I currently live in an apartment with my two cats so I am unable to board pets and rarely do overnight care anymore (although I make exceptions from time to time). I am known in my neighborhood as the lady with the two super cool cats because I am always out walking them in their own harness & leash and basically have trained them to be like dogs! I’m currently on a career sabbatical and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I have a few regular clients and another gig I work a couple nights but otherwise, I have a lot of availability I’m especially hoping to fill with dog walks! I have decades of experience and I’m a clear communicator. I make sure to gather the necessary information ahead of time to ensure your pets receive the best care.

Katharine P.
“Kate has been an amazing dog sitter and dog walker. She’s helped me take care of my 6 month old GSP since the day I brought him home. Before he had all of his shots she would take him out on his potty pad on the patio and play with him inside while I was at work. Now that he has all of his shots she takes him for walks and works on training with him. It eases my mind when I’m at work knowing that Kate is taking such good care of my baby and loving on him the same way I would. I couldn’t recommend Kate enough as your pet sitter!”

Jessica B.
“I had several weeks this year where I had to leave my cats home alone when I had to go out to town unexpectedly. It was awesome to be able to count on Jessica to check in on them, spend time with them and unfortunately for her to clean up after my elderly cat while I was gone. She loves animals and it shows. I highly recommend her.”

Jace is awesome! He is very responsive and most importantly, took amazing care of my two large dogs and house while we were on vacation. Pretty sure our dogs miss him more than us!
Stephanie has such a positive energy, and she took amazing care of Liam dog! Would love to have her back anytime!

he hardest part about going on vacation is leaving behind our fur babies. Our babies are older, stubborn very spoiled and can be very difficult to care for. It’s really hard to trust anyone to care for them so finding Nhi was a blessing. I needed someone to stay at my home to watch over them. Nhi was very patient with our babies. She followed directions down to the smallest detail and took time to hand feed our finicky eaters when they wouldn’t eat. She gave them so much attention, time and patience. After a few days, our babies followed her around, they even wanted to spend time with her and you can tell they trusted her. I would not hesitate to invite Nhi back to our home to watch over our precious babies. She’s very trustworthy, dependable and caring. She kept in contact with us and provided daily updates and sent us the cutest pictures. We are already planning our next trip knowing Nhi is someone we can count on in the future. Thank you, Nhi, for taking such amazing care of our babies so we can enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend her if you need a pet sitter.

Thank you, Ashlynn, for taking such great care of our cats and home! Our cats seemed to have a great time and got great care with her. Ashlynn was conscientious, shared some great photos, and we would happily have her sit for us again!

So happy to have found Alexx! I’m a neurotic parent of two senior dachshunds with some intense medical issues, so I was nervous to say the least, but I came home to calm, happy dogs. Thanks Alexx!

Janessa was great with Bailey. Sending pictures of her to us why we were gone. Seem to leave the house in order and organized. Would use her again.

Phil, Jenny and their whole family are great. We have used them multiple times now to watch our 2 large dogs and house sit when we travel and we also have peace of mind with them taking care of things. They follow all care instructions and go the extra mile to make sure our pups are well taken care of. Would highly recommend using them for your dog sitting and house sitting needs.

Katie stayed with my two pitbull poochies at my home while I went on vacation for 2 weeks, just as she did last year. I asked her to do it again this year because she did such a great job last year. When I came home, my girls were happy and healthy and my house was clean and tidy, just as I had left it. I highly recommend Katie for a dog sitter!

Sierra and Karinni are lovely. They came by for a meet and greet before their 4 day stay which was much appreciated, and we know that made our two doodles more at ease. They took great care of our boys while we were away. They were patient and understanding with their high energy levels and anxiety. We appreciate them so much, and we would definitely recommend their services.

Izabelle was amazing with our 6m puppy Jackson! She sent pictures and updates throughout the time that we were gone! It was our first time using Rover for our little one and will definitely be scheduling again with her.

Kelly took great care of our 2 pups (one who is getting older and needs a little extra attention). She provided regular updates and was attentive to all our pups’ needs.
Mo is a big dog with a lot of energy and a large need for cuddles. Dayja does a great job handling and loving Mo and checking in with pictures of him. He's always excites to see her and I'm never worried when I go away.

It was great having Kevin there for our dogs & hutch of quail while we were out of town! He took great care of all our animals and our garden, sent photo updates every day, and even went above and beyond to pick up our dog’s medication from the pharmacy when he noticed Merlin was almost out. Highly recommend!

Kristie K. Has done an outstanding job. I have been serious in requesting her in the future. She has been able to befriend my stingy cat.

Carlos was amazing! He was very responsive and easy to work with setting up the job. He asked lots of great questions about our pup's care and engaged with both me and Luna with ease. He took great care of Luna while we were gone and kindly accommodated adding an extra night of care when our plans changed. He left our home in perfect condition and sent cute pics and videos of our pup while we were gone. We definitely plan to hire Carlos again.

Christina watched our two dogs in our home for a week. She followed the care instructions and reached out with any questions. She took great care of them and our home!

We trusted Kaylan to housesit our home, dog and cat for a week and I’m so glad we did! She was communicative and polite, and the animals clearly loved having her here. The house was tidy and she even washed the linens before leaving. So sweet. Highly recommend!!

Abby was wonderful. Considerate and so good with the pups. Provided updates and photos regularly which was appreciated.

My dog has separation anxiety and can’t be left alone, my partner passed away recently and has been having a hard time adjusting. He spent a few hours with her while I went to a grad party and everything went great! She was patient with his crying and he was happy when I got home! Was a positive experience!

Jill is awesome! She watched my very high energy 30 lb mixed dog. I could tell that she was comfortable handling any size dog with her interactions with my dog. She sent pictures and updates while I was gone. I will definitely be reaching out to request more support from her.
