“This was our first time leaving our two dogs alone in the new house for several days. Joshua did a terrific job of taking care of them, keeping them company and making them feel safe - and keeping us updated so we didn't worry too much. He has a wonderful way with dogs!”

About: Hello! I am a mature professional looking to stay busy, get my steps in, and make a little extra money for a family trip we have in December! I love animals and would be happy to help you out with drop ins and scheduled walks. I’ve been a pet owner all my life and am always fulfilled by the loyalty and laughs a pet brings to the family. They bless us in every way. I work professionally, mostly an 8-5 type job. I can help with needs before and after work and more broadly on the weekends. I do have some flexibility with my schedule, so please ask if something seems unusual. If I can, I will! My elderly dog and two cats enjoy a lot of indoor time and enjoy being in the backyard which is securely fenced. One of my cats is especially considered indoor/outdoor. Big Murph stays in the yard. If caring for a pet in your home, I would closely follow your requirements.

“This was our first time using Rover and we chose to book Elizabeth. She was phenomenal! She was attentive, left detailed info on each of her visits and followed all of our instructions to a T. She was mindful to lock up and close everything just as she was asked. She is so very sweet, kind, showed up on time and I’m very impressed with her and our first Rover experience. Will definitely seek out Elizabeth next time we need a sitter!”

“We want to express our sincere gratitude to Angelina for taking such good care of our animal crew while we were away. Knowing that our pets were in such caring hands brought us peace of mind. Your kindness and attention to detail are truly appreciated. Thank you so much!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, etc since I was a kid. I love all animals! I currently have two dogs, a border collie named blue and a chow, shiba inu mix named roxy. My dogs are both on the older side, Blue is 9 and Roxy is 15. I work full time, but I am home in the evenings and weekends. I have a teenager who is home most of the day during the summer and my husband is home frequently as well. So your animals won't be alone for more than a couple hours per day at most. I have a large fully fenced backyard, we just re did the fence this year so its sturdy and good quality. We have a dog door into the main house that our dogs utilize, however we can close the dog door if needed to better care for your animals. I have a 15 year old daughter who is amazing with animals and home all the time. My husband is home on a variable schedule as well.

“Emilyanne was prompt, communicative, listens well and asks important questions. She put me at ease leaving our pups in good hands. Her professional insight into dog behavior and health will be especially helpful.”

About: For the past 15 years we’ve had 2-3 dogs and truly believe our dogs are a part of our family. Currently we have a 2 year old Aussiedoodle and we have two kids who love to play with dogs but also understand when a dog needs his or her space. We do allow dogs on the couch and have plenty of room for a dog bed if provided. I’ve had pets all my life and understand how important it is to have someone watching them who will treat them love and respect. I’m currently a stay at home mom and my husband works from home. While we have daily chores and errands we run everything is adjustable to fit your dogs needs. I’m rarely gone more then 2 hours at a time and there will usually always be someone home in my absence. Dogs are welcome to come in and out of our home via a doggie door and have full access to our large backyard. We recently moved and the yard is even bigger and better than before! If you require walks or even trips to the dog park we can definitely accommodate that. We do allow dogs on the couch and we have gates set up to keep dogs on our main level giving us the ability to keep a close watch on them. Note: For puppies under 1 or dogs with chewing tendencies or destructive separation anxiety we may require a crate. We do have one extra available and can definitely discuss further at the meet and greet. I’m currently a stay at home Mom so my schedule is flexible. I’m able to be home as much as needed and rarely leave for extended periods of time. My husband works from home so there will most likely always be someone around. In addition to our one dog we can board up to three additional dogs at one time. I will do my best to keep you updated and informed if there will be any additional dogs in the house at the time of your pets visit but I do quite often receive last minute request. Drop off/pick up times between 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM, any request outside these times may require an additional night to be booked. We recently moved into our new home which is larger then the old one with TONS of space for the dogs, a covered patio to relax under and a fully fenced in yard. We plan to install a doggie door as soon as possible so dogs can have free access in and out of the house.

“This was our first time using River, and we had the best experience with Allie! She took wonderful care of our two dogs and made us feel so at ease. We look forward to working with Allie again!”

A little bit about my self Is I'm a navy vet currently going through college right now. I would love to look after your furry little friend! I have Friday and the weekend off aswell. I have a big fenced in backyard your dog to roam and play. I also have a one year old golden doodle to keep them company. My dog Roscoe does great with every type of dog. I also live right down the road from a dog park also so we can take them out to play with all the other dogs as well

“I was so thankful that Dara was able to visit our Goose at nights while I was working. She was a great communicator and I felt very comfortable working with her. Definitely recommend!”

About: I have been caring for dogs since the age of 16, when I was given my first black Labrador, Tar. Since then, I have always had one or two dogs in my life, and my passion for their well-being has only grown stronger over the years. I truly believe that regular walks are essential—not just for a dog’s physical health, but also for mental stimulation and emotional bonding. Walking is a valuable opportunity to reinforce training, provide structure, and build trust. With many years of hands-on experience, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and care when it comes to every dog’s unique needs. I’m committed to making each walk safe, enjoyable, and enriching for your pet. I'm also here to provide daily pet check-ins as needed as you travel or are away from your furry friends! I am an educator and I have open availability during the summer months. The rest of the year I have late afternoon and evenings available. I have two dogs and walk them everyday. I will care for yours in the same way. You can usually find me on the various paths walking with my dogs and socializing them with other dogs.

About: I've worked with many breeds of dogs. Mostly small to mid-size dogs with a variety of traits. Mostly working dogs namely Blue Heelers & Huskys. I tend to live an active lifestyle and that means hiking/walking/and lots of exercise. Rest assured both me and your pooch will be getting a good workout! In the past I've facilitated overnight lodging for dogs, and temporary stays of up to a few days. Be noted I do not currently have a large open or fenced in yard. I work with neighbors and friends pets on quite a regular basis! I regularly feed, train, walk & care for pets when away or on business! I work from home so this environment provides a perfect spot for pets to be nurtured & played with consistently! I always check prior to booking any special exercise and or dietary needs of your pet. Ensuring door remain locked when inside and timer's are set for when pets receive food upon client preference. Safety is of the upmost priority, so I will discuss a full plan and schedule so you know where you pup is and his progress while away. I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

About: I've lived with dogs my whole life. I've taken care of chihuahuas, labrador retrievers, greyhounds (emphasis here!), and elderly dogs with daily medication/diapers. I've repeatedly looked after my neighbor's eccentric Havanese pups for over a week in-house to great success. I understand the different needs that each dog has and find it exciting to build a bond with them. I am taking online college classes and am working part-time at the CDA resort. I live downtown and prefer to walk or bike to my destination. I would be open to spending nights at a client's home, but unfortunately cannot house any pets in my apartment overnight. I am patient with pets as they get used to me being in their home turf and do my best to stick to their normal schedule. I use positive reinforcement and will never intentionally harm or scare an animal. I make sure I know what foods a pet prefers and can tolerate in order to motivate them.

About: I am attentive and affectionate and would love any animal as if they were my own. I own 2 dogs and have volunteered and rescue centers! I am a very sweet and friendly person with a lot of patience. -I want to be a dog sitter because I can't get enough of them and love all types! I rescued a 6 year old chihuahua/fox terrier named Dodo who has literally stolen my heart. I also have a maltese named Gizmo who is 10 years old. I need the attention of dogs just as much as they need attention from a human. -My past experience with dogs is raising one from six months old. Dodo has severe allergies, so I understand signs to watch for. I can bathe them, feed and walk them. Depending on the type of personality each dog has, I can adapt to them. I am attentive to signs if something is wrong with a dog as well. -I do work part time as a Flight Attendant, and with the pandemic, I will be around quite often to take care of your dog while you are at work! -The pets routine in my care would be a walk and potty break every couple of hours. I don't mind staying at a house either to constantly be around the dog. Playtime is a necessity too! I would love to take them to a dog park if they enjoy it.

“Gabby and Kade took great care of my fur babies while I was away. They sent lots of pictures and followed my whole list of instructions. They spent time playing with them and made sure they felt comfortable while I was gone! Thank you Gabby and Kade!!”

About: I've been taking care of mine and others pets since I was about 10. Mostly medium to large dogs, but also some smaller ones and housecats. Working part-time, three days a week, Monday Wednesday Friday. I would be gone for 4-5 hours those days, during the middle of the day. Happy to have repeat or one-time services. My current living situation unfortunately doesn't allow animals, so I cannot board, but walks and pet sitting both work fine. Fully capable of doing 30+ minute walks, depending on what your pet needs. For pet sitting, I can be present most/all of the day, feeding/walking/generally caring for your pets.

Emily T.
“I have known Emily most of her life. She is a responsible, smart, loving and caring person as well as pet caregiver. She cat sits for our 2 cats and they love her. She is responsible in tending to the animal(s) and loves on them as well. Just ask her and I'm sure she will send you pics of your beloved pet(s) when she cares for them. I highly recommend Emily and think you will be very pleased with the attention and care she gives your pet(s).”

Ashley B.
“Ashley was by far the best doggy sitter we ever had. Our pooches (two teacup chihuahuas and a beagle) are completely spoiled and kind of "special needs" (they don't get along well with other dogs) and she was able to take it all in stride. She was responsible for taking them to the groomers, the vet and for twice daily walks. She was actually the only dog specialist (more like a full-time doggy nanny) we ever met that didn't have to use treats to woo our guys. They just like her and trust her. She worked for us for years until we moved from the area and we tried to convince her to come with us! I completely trust her and her ability to care for any kind of dog. Bella, Timmy and Daisy can attest to that as well!!!”

Gabby & Kade B.Star Sitter

“Gabby and Kade took great care of my fur babies while I was away. They sent lots of pictures and followed my whole list of instructions. They spent time playing with them and made sure they felt comfortable while I was gone! Thank you Gabby and Kade!!”

Hendrik K.
“Hendrik is amazing with animals. He is passionate about their care and conscientious with feeding, walking, and of course, cleaning up. He has experience caring for pets from skittish kitties to Burmese Mountain dogs. He is our Border Collie's favorite human.”
