About: I’ve always been an animal lover and I typically volunteer once or twice a month at the animal shelter to care for the animals there. I’m also an avid hiker and love to take the dogs out with me so that they can get some outside time in the beautiful parks or trails around the area. As I work part-time, I have plenty of time to take care of animals during the weekday and weekend. From Tuesdays through Fridays, I’m typically available in the mornings before 10:30am and early evenings after 3pm. Saturdays through Mondays are my days off. I have an un-fenced yard and two other dogs in the home to keep your baby company. Both dogs are fixed and up to date on all shots. I personally have 3 very spoiled cats of my own who are also dog-friendly and up to date on all shots. Should you require your dogs to be crated during the night, that’s easily handled.

Sarah is very kind, professional but most of all interacts extremely well with my pup. About: I grew up with dogs around, specifically a Boxer and Boston terrier. I now have three cats of my own! I have done it all from walks to ear cleaning to baths to fetch to administering medications and inhaler treatments - I can do whatever is needed! I work full time with crazy hours! You tell me what times and days are needed, I can try to work it in somehow. Some days I am out at 11pm, others 3pm, it all depends. I will always have two days off a week and can do more for you those days. I can pick on animal cues pretty easily, as I have had non-dog friendly dogs growing up. Patience is something I pride myself on with animals and making sure they feel safe in their environment, as I’m just the visitor.

About: I provide compassionate care to all sorts of pets, ranging from dogs, cats, and other small critters. As a pet owner who has had all sorts of animals, I understand how difficult it could be to find a reliable pet sitter for your furry family members while you’re away, so I like to highlight my experience beyond our canine and feline friends 😊 I have volunteer experience providing foster homes for cats and kittens awaiting adoption. This included providing oral medication. My own rats have had to undergo tumor removal surgery, so I have experience providing post-op care with rats. I have provided Rover/pet sitting services in Colorado Springs and Los Angeles, so despite not having a lot of bookings on Rover, I come with references. Of course, I also have my own dog who keeps me on my toes while on walks and has allowed me to learn more about dog behavior and care. I was born and raised in LA, but lived in other states where I worked in a completely different field. I lived in Waterville for close to 5 years to attend college. I like to leave spaces as I have left them, if not cleaner, and ensure your pet does not have access to anything hazardous, especially if I must step away during our time together. About: I've always loved animals, particularly dogs. Animals respond well to me, and I have cared for many over the years. I treat every animal as if they are my own! Ever met that person who just randomly pulls over on the street to say hi to your pup? THAT'S ME! I work full time in the healthcare field, but can often modify my schedule. I routinely travel between Oakland and Gardiner ME for work, so traveling is not an issue. I like to be on the go! I also work part time with Animal Control in Sidney. Due to my other commitments, I do require that all of my furry clients be able to be left alone for at least 8 hours. Exceptions can be made for clients in my immediate vicinity, or if my schedule allows. Your wish is my command! Whatever you need simply ask! About: I’ve had animals since birth. I grew up near farms and have experience with dogs, cats, and livestock. I presently have two dogs, two cats and four chickens I work Tuesday to Friday and am available all nights and weekends. My dogs are very social and love to come see new friends or have new friends visit us. My animals are my babies. I take care of all of them and show them more love then they want sometimes and bring my dogs to all social events.

About: In the past when I’ve done some house sitting I ended up bonding with the animals which they had to call me Uncle Bobby which required visits even when the owners were home! I work 3 on 3 off and occasionally some overtime! So I actually do have a lot of time of but different days! So weekends and weekdays I actually can have time off! Outside time on a leash or what ever the owner prefers! I would prefer the animals get to know me on leashes! If it’s a fenced in area no problem! Run free my fury friends Lol! Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
