About: I've grown up taking care of pets; my childhood cat and my cousin's dog. I've cared for my neighbor's animals and currently have both a cat and a dog. My family and I trained my dog at home and I can help reinforce any training you're doing with your animal. I'm currently a college student in Boston and I'm looking to walk or sit pets as a part-time job and stay connected to my love for animals! During the winter and summer break, I have few commitments and can be very flexible with my hours and your pet's needs. I can do long walks for dogs, feed, play, clean up, and other general needs for both cats and dogs! I work full time during the week, so most of my availability is in the early mornings (6-9 am), evenings (after 5:30 pm), and weekends. There can be some flexibility there if we work it out ahead of time :) I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine as much as possible, and I make sure they still get plenty of attention and care during the times I’m with them. If your pet needs a consistent schedule, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate. When I visit your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable by following their routine closely, keeping their space clean, and paying attention to anything that might seem off. I always double check that doors and windows are secure before I leave. I know it’s a big deal to trust someone with your pet and your home, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing while you’re away.

When it comes to walks and playtime, I adjust to each pet’s individual needs, making sure they get the right amount of exercise and attention. In my community, we have two large pet-friendly islands, perfect for safe and enjoyable walks. I make sure that I am always attentive, providing fresh water, monitoring their health, and using positive reinforcement to build trust with your pet. For in-home visits, I follow all specific instructions to maintain their routine and ensure they feel comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I treat each pet like they’re my own, ensuring they feel loved, safe, and cared for, whether in my home or yours.
