“I was so worried to leave my diabetic kitty to go out of state for a work event. Miranda was thorough, communicative, and thoughtful, even checked in the next day after I got back to make sure all was well. It was a relief to know I had someone I could trust to provide the extra care my kitty needs!”

“Another week away knowing Karlee would take good care of our 2 kitties. Her drop in visits are more than just the standard litter cleaning and food/water refills. It’s obvious she’s a caring animal lover, as she seeks them out every visit to provide some loving and kitty playtime. Will definitely contact her again whenever we travel - she provides a comforting peace of mind that our babies will be well cared for while we’re gone.”

“Crystal was awesome! We were away for a week and that was the longest I’ve ever left my cat and I was none too thrilled about it but Crystal was very communicative and sent lots of pics. I knew my girl was well looked after!”

About: I worked for the humane society for 1 year and there I worked with a range of dogs, including pits, puppies, seniors, special needs, and ‘behavioral’ dogs. I also know training to an extent! No dog is too much for me! This is my full-time job, along with taking care of my own animals at home! I have a very flexible schedule and I am willing to work with any needs and I can do overnights. In my home, my dogs have electric collars to make sure they do not run off. I also keep an eye on them while they’re outside. They are fed on a schedule and also walked one on as well. My cats are also fed on a scheduled, daily litter box changes, and of course play time just like my dogs. In a client’s home I will do what they prefer so that they’re comfortable with me! I am responsible and respectful of others property and items, as one should be!

About: I have grown up with pets my entire life. I currently have 2 dogs that are my life:) They are walked daily and sleep with me. They are part of my family! I currently teach and will be home all day starting this summer. I am home every night as well as on weekends. Your dogs will become part of my family. I live in the country and my dogs have the run of the backyard to play and have fun. If I would be caring for your pets in your home, this would depend on your directions. I would start them off on a leash until they are comfortable with me.

About: We have always had pets in the home since I was young. We recently put our St. Bernard/Lab mix down so I am used to big dog breeds as well as smaller breeds. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom and am home most days. I can be very flexible with scheduling as I am not working around a work schedule. I have a fenced in yard and currently no pets at home. We recently put our St. Bernard/Lab mix down so I am used to big dog breeds.

“Alaina is easy to communicate with and did a wonderful job checking up on my cat over a long weekend!”

About: From miniature poodles to extra large floofy Samoyed, I make sure your furry family member is well taken care of and loved! My experiences span from overnight sitting puppies that are 8-10 weeks old, command training, walking training, making dog food from scratch, giving oral medication, and just making sure the pets under my care are getting attention and adequate exercise. If you’re looking for an empathetic dog sitter with a flexible schedule to accommodate you, reach out! Update 09/28/24: Currently I am not offering overnight dogsitting. I’m only offering walks, feeding, and potty breaks. I am a freelance photographer and art director who also works with the community, but no worries, my schedule is flexible enough to pop in to take your pets out or stay over for extended periods of time. Since I do not offer pet sitting at my home, I’ll have to rely on you to inform me on the safety measures in and around your home. With that said, I prioritize and encourage open communication.

About: I’ve lived in a home with multiple dogs throughout my entire life and love meeting new pups! I have dog/cat sat for neighbors before, but otherwise most of my knowledge comes from taking care of my own dogs. I’m a college student looking to make a bit of extra money for school :) I’m currently working other part time jobs in the evening, so I’d be available in the morning and afternoon for pet care. I’m willing to stay overnight if needed and would love to spend some quality play time with your pets! Let me know how you would like me to best take care of your pet! I will follow directions, such as if they sleep in a crate, bed, or somewhere else!

“Super friendly, punctual, and schedule flexibility!”

“It is with great appreciation and admiration that I write this testimony for Kayla. During her time fostering with Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc., she proved to be one of the most reliable, compassionate, and dedicated fosters we’ve had the pleasure of working with. Kayla approaches every animal in her care with patience, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to their well-being. Whether it was a shy, unsure dog needing time to decompress, or one with more complex medical or behavioral needs, Kayla never hesitated to step up. She not only ensured they had a safe and loving environment, but she also went the extra mile—offering enrichment, structure, and individualized care that helped them thrive and become truly adoptable. Her communication with our team was always timely and transparent, and she consistently provided thoughtful updates, photos, and insight that helped us make the best decisions for each dog’s future.
