She was exceptionally accommodating of our cats’ early morning and late evening mealtime schedule in order to minimize disruption to their routine while we were out of town for a week. All of Kilie’s communication was prompt and friendly, and we could tell she understood our two cats’ distinct personalities and needs while in her care.
