During the meet and greet she was super kind and asked all the right questions. She sent lots of pictures during the visits, was here on time each visit, and was in full communication with me during the time I was gone. She not only let Oliver outside but let him stay out there during the 30 minutes (as he loves it outside) and she played with him. I got great updates on his food and water intake as well. Could not have been happier! If you are on the fence about booking- definitely just do it! Erin was a delight.”
