She can be a nervous dog but Angela and Michael made sure she felt comfortable and I know that she was in good hands. About: I grew up with two dogs (a German Shepherd and a Bichon Frise). They were the sweetest boys to ever exist!! I do not currently have any pets because I don’t think I could handle the loss. But, I have been pet sitting other people’s pets for over 5 years outside of rover. I have pet sit both cats and dogs :) I’m currently working full time remotely. So I have lots of time to spend with your pets! I do travel for work so there may be some weeks that I will not be available but that will all be noted on my calendar. I have a fenced in yard. Pets in our house are allowed inside and on furniture. If you request it I will crate your dog. I have a little sister who is 10 and she loves animals just as much as I do and respects their space but I do require all pets I take care of to be kid friendly.

About: I love all animals! Whether rambunctious and active or laid back and chill, I will meet your pet’s level of energy and shower them with love. I am currently in school full-time for Physical Therapy. Having most of my classes online and a fiance who works from home, I am happy to be your pets new best friend. I also have a friendly ten-year-old boy at home named Rocky 🐶 who truly lives up to his name. I’m thrilled and proud to be a full-time pet sitter! With a flexible schedule, I'm happy to accommodate even the most unique, last-minute requests.😊 Since I’m a full-time student, pet sitter and walker, when I’m taking care of your dog or cat (or bunny or anything fluffy!) I can be there to give them lots of love, cuddles, tummy rubs, and attention, take them out frequently for walks, play time, and potty breaks, as well as monitor them closely if they have any special health concerns. Most of my experience is with small to medium breeds, but I have cared for a couple gentle giants as well (Great Dane named Blu) – I’m more than happy to take your well-behaved large breeds as well. The largest dog I’ve walked was 120 lbs, but I have found that it is my skill and technique (and patience!), not brute force, that allows for safe & effective handling. As a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and avid runner, I am healthy and physically fit – if your dog has a ton of energy to burn, I can definitely keep up while also providing a calm & comfortable presence. I adore the pets in my care and shower them with all the affection & mindfulness as I do with my own Scout. I would never tether your precious family member unattended outside a store, neglect them for long hours, or do anything to put them at risk. I prefer to avoid unleashed romps in dog parks where I cannot control the environment or others around; I have read too many horror stories about irresponsible dog handlers to feel dog parks are a safe option for your pup.

I’ve also dog-sat for a coworker and have a history of being the go-to person for friends’ and family’s dogs, including pets who took to me right away. I’m comfortable with medication schedules, anxious or nervous dogs, and larger breeds, and I prioritize keeping dogs on their normal routine and feeling secure while their people are away. I’m currently job searching, which gives me a flexible daily schedule with plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, or boarding. I’m generally free during the day and evenings, with consistent availability throughout the week to keep your pet on their routine. “My dog Guinness was so happy with Kristina. She is a pro-level dog watcher for sure, with tons of experience and return customers and good dogs. Guinness got to play all day with a variety of friendly dogs of all sizes, they fed him with the other dogs, and everyone got along perfectly. They said “we think of these dogs as our grandchildren,” so sweet. Will definitely be bringing Guinness back for good times at Camp Kristina’s.”
