I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! She recognized Cindy's reactions to this unfamiliar environment. Debora was relaxed and patient. She quickly understood Cindy's personality. Debora was thorough in asking about Cindy's health. Debora is alert to nuances in behavior that may indicate a health issue in a cat. When I picked up Cindy after this her first stay, Debora commented on Cindy's vigorous, even startling, purring.
