About: I love dogs! They are the best creatures and so much more than just a pet. My Boston Terrier & I were together for 14 years, from pup to the end of his beautiful life. That bond is something I carry into every dog I care for. I’ve helped friends and family care for their dogs, fostered an adult dog through the ASPCA, and I treat every pup that comes into my care like my own. When you leave your little love with me you can breathe easy knowing they’re safe, genuinely loved, and in the best hands. I look forward to connecting with you and showing your dog the care they deserve! I work from home and am available throughout the day. Pet care isn’t my routine. Your dog will receive my full attention, love and care whether that’s a walk, a drop-in, or a cozy boarding stay at my home. In my home, dogs are free to explore and feel at home. I have a large yard where they can enjoy fresh air and outdoor time throughout the day. I love being outside and regularly take dogs to the local nature preserve for walks and hikes. I have a smoke free home and can accommodate crating if needed. I never give treats without owner approval and always clean up immediately. At your home, I show up with the same level of care and attention. Throughout every visit I send photos and updates with the same level of care and attention. I’ve been told I should be a dog photographer so expect some really great pictures of your baby!

We adopted husky mixed named Kiba from the shelter few months ago and he has really bad separation anxiety that we wasn't able to leave him home alone when we need to go out so it's usually my oldest step son or me stay home with him and missing out a lot until someone told me to try find a dogsitter. So I posted on Facebook that I'm seeking for one and Mollie commented so I decided to give it try with her. I'm glad that we did! We're able to go out for first time as family while we knowing that Kiba is in good hands with Mollie. Kiba seems very happy and tired from playing with his new friend Rumble. We're pleased about that so we definitely will have Mollie dogsitting Kiba again when we need to go out as family. Thank you so much! ?

About: I have fifteen years of pet sitting experience. I sat for neighbors, family and friends. I will take your dogs for walks, clean out your cats litter boxes, and feed your pets. All pets need love and extra attention when their family is gone and I will give extra scratches and accommodations to make them feel right at home. I’m a part time preschool teacher with a flexible schedule. If your pet loves car rides, say no more they are more than welcome to come. Your furry friend will have a companion all day. If your pet requires medication, no problem I have experience with giving pills and shots. If your dog requires a bed to sleep nearby or in the bed that’s not a problem. We have a toddler bed for your pup to sleep on or a king size bed to share. My home has a fenced in yard and three friendly Golden Retrievers. I have four children in the home from ages 5-11. We have a quiet room that can be fenced off if your dog needs some quiet time.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Over the years, I’ve fostered and rescued dogs, cats, litters of puppies, and litters of kittens, giving me hands-on experience with animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Through fostering, I’ve worked with a wide range of temperaments, including shy and fearful animals, high-energy pets, senior pets, and those needing extra patience and reassurance. I’m comfortable reading animal body language, following care instructions, administering basic medications when needed, and helping pets feel safe and comfortable while their families are away. As a pet owner and foster caregiver, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family members. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care and plenty of updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I look forward to treating your pets like they’re part of my own family! I currently work part time, mostly from home with flexible hours. I could easily accommodate your schedule so your baby is well taken care of when you are away. I spoil my pets with lots of love and would do the same with yours! If you have any specific routines or feeding regimens I have no problem sticking to them to keep consistency for your pet.

Our terrier mix puppy has been going to Grace’s for a few weeks now (2x weekly for a full work day) and I can’t say enough good things! My husband and I found Grace because on the days my husband can’t come home during lunch, we didn’t want our puppy to be crated or left unattended all day. Grace and her family treat our puppy like their own dog, she becomes part of their family while she’s there. She gets tons of playtime, attention, affection. I absolutely love seeing the “report card” pictures after each day. It’s very clear my puppy is well cared for during her visits. It’s now to the point when we’re pulling up to Grace’s, our puppy gets excited because she knows where she’s at! 10/10 recommend!

Jacky and her family are wonderful, warm and caring animal lovers who paid close attention to our energetic Weimaraner. He became fast friends with the dogs and kids and he seemed calm and tired after a day of play. I loved getting details about his day - it’s priceless. 5-stars all around. We definitely look forward to sending the pup over again. Thank you Jacky!

About: My animal-loving 17 year old daughter would love to play with your pet and take care of him/her. I will be helping her in every way. I've had dogs since I was a kid, so I know how to care for them. Currently we have two cats and a Chihuahua named Buddy. I work from home so your pet will not be alone for long periods of time and will have frequent bathroom breaks. I work flexible hours from home so I am always available and can take breaks to play with or walk your pet. My kids are eager to help. I have a backyard and live in a neighborhood with lots of places to walk with your dog. My own dog is not aggressive towards any pets.

About: Looking for a calm, loving place where your dog will be treated like family? You've found it! I know how hard it can be to leave your furry best friend, so my goal is to make their stay feel as comfortable, safe, and stress-free as possible. Whether you need doggy daycare for a few hours, overnight boarding, or care for a long weekend, your pup will receive plenty of one-on-one attention in a peaceful home. One of the biggest perks? I don't currently have a dog of my own, so your pup gets my full attention without having to compete with other resident dogs. I work from home full-time, so they'll have companionship throughout the day, regular potty breaks, playtime, belly rubs, and lots of love. My home is set up with dogs in mind, including a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor time. Every dog has their own routine, and I'm happy to accommodate it. If your pup is crate-trained, I'm happy to continue that routine. If they prefer to free roam, they're welcome to make themselves at home. I have a naturally quiet household—no loud music or constant commotion—making it an ideal environment for dogs who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Whether your dog loves to play, snuggle on the couch, or simply nap in a cozy spot, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also have two cats who live upstairs in their own separate area and do not interact with boarding dogs, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space comfortably. I know you're trusting someone with a member of your family, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I'll treat your pup with the same patience, affection, and care I'd want for my own pet, while keeping you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 714 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Churchtown. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Churchtown commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 714 sitters in Churchtown, 86% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
